Like the grocery store ad, for my visit to this Office Max they can rightfully brag “where shopping is a pleasure”. I went there looking for a specific item and was impressed by the assortment and selection! You could buy several brands in various amounts, all of which I thought were high priced for what they were. Then, to my surprise, at the very end of the aisle I found a box that was very reasonably priced. I took it to the register, but when the clerk rang it up, whoa! double what I’d calculated! Turns out the item was mis-labeled at a price less than half the correct amount. Nevertheless, Office Max honored the shelf price, and with NO hassle. Awesome staff, great selection for good quality merch (though pricey), a bright, clean store in a good location. Couldn’t have asked for better.

My experience at Office Depot was the best it could have been and it was because of the associate Lauren. I have now visited this store on several occasions and Lauren has come through every time. Goodbye staples in Oviedo. I have a new store to visit. Thank you

Went to pick up an online order. Walked in and a friendly boy at the counter asked if he could help me. I walked over, started my explanation about an online order, he began to help. Then some woman walked over and rudley stated it was the printing counter that I was at, as if I couldn't read. I replied that the boy offered to help me so I took him up on his assistance. She grabbed the paper from him and started to walk off and I followed. She then snapped at me and told me to stay as if I was a dog. I couldn't believe how rude this girl was!!! I wish the other location was still open in casselberry bc the people here are just down right rude!!!

We bought a desk a few days ago. The manager was pretty rude. He was just unfriendly and I don't think he wanted to help us at all.

Customer service at this store is on point. Today, Adelsie helped me navigate their online business card ordering and was super cordial the entire time. A while back, Christopher (I think is his name) offered me a bag as I was leaving their self-printing area, to keep my papers dry from the rain.
