Terrible service from the cashier. The tall white skinny male with short blonde hair really had me irritated with the way he attended my partner and I. Such a souless person just working there seems to have no motivation in working there and giving terrible customer service. I went in today at 1:50pm (2/26/22) just to get pokemon cards and he literally replied with just a bothered yes and no reply with our questions. I just had to leave my other items after experiencing that. I come here often and never had this experience before.

Really really bad cashier . He didn’t even say “hello” , I tried to ask him a couple question and his answer was just “ I don’t know “ with arrogance and disrespectful.
He needs to learn how to welcome a customer and make them feel comfortable by not judging his skin color … I will not go back to this store for sure .

The worst staff a Gamestop could possibly have. Sarcastic, xenophobic and rude. Specially the long hair skinny boy...he's got a long way to go still.

Just came out of this store extremely disappointed with the service of the two guys at the register. They were very rude and disrespectful. I left without making my purchase.

I guess they closed earlier than 9:00pm. Door was locked and gate down.

I love this place , there are so many different options available to the people ,and honestly this place keeps all of us gamers updated and informed. Personally I do not see much competition and i would highly recommend, and this speaks volume I don't normally write reviews

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. THE GAMES HAVE STICKERS ON IT WITH A PRICE AND WHEN YOU PAY THEY CHARGE YOU "THE REAL" PRICE WHICH ITS DOUBLE WHAT ITS SAYS . THE MANAGER VERY RUDE SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYES TO UPDATE THE PRICES . ITS A JOKE . PAID $60 FOR SOMETHING THAT SAID $32.

New to town... getting off the Express off of 15th and 75 this GameStop is right off of exit 27. Love the location
Love the workers they are such courteous to the customers.
They have a very high value of respect.. I felt welcomed when I went in the door. They greeted me with such a bright smile.
They where nice to me. Thank you
