Office Depot

No idea what is going on. We put in an order for a printing job that was well over 1000 pages for contracts for work. On Thursday, Sept 12, 4:04pm, we received the email from Office Depot that our order was completed and ready for pickup at the store. I went to the store on Sunday morning to pick everything up but.....Opps, they have no idea where our completed order is. No idea at all. A $200 job for printing paperwork and it's no where to be found. Then, they try to say that the order is properly being shipped to our home. I again show them the email for Office Depot stating that our order is COMPLETE AND READY FOR PICKUP AT THE STORE! A store run by monkeys would better managed. Never again.

I want give a shout out to the great staff in the printing/design department at Office Depot in Pace. The two young gentlemen who helped me yesterday with a large and somewhat complex job were incredibly professional. Great staff, will definitely use them again.

I got the very best customer service I've had in a very long time, at the Office Depot in Pace Florida! Both the Sales Manager, David, and several other employees were AWESOME. Great, old-fashioned customer service, and I'm 68, so I remember when customers were made to feel truly valued and appreciated. GREAT JOB at the Office Depot in Pace Florida!!

Poor customer service, unprofessional and shortage of workers!!
August 25, 2022, went in for one printed item, and this would be done
at the counter!
I was told that they had another order in
Front of me, from yesterday, August 24,
That they were still working on!!
It would be 2 days before they could work
On my little order, of only 1 paper needs!!
I drove in the heavy rain with heavy flooding and 25 minutes of travel time, each way!!
I asked for the Manager: Ms. Tiffany who
Was unprofessional and rude and did not
Did not help me!!
Please, I only wanted 1 printed item!!
There were machines there but they
Require a 5.00 dollars hold on your credit card plus the cost of the printing!!
I believed the counter was the least expensive and wanted to use this process!
However, they turned
Me away, said to come back in 2 days!!
This was a nightmare!!

Had a great experience at Office Depot. Associates were very knowledgeable, helpful and assisted me with all my needs. Very impressed with everything about the store. Thank you.

Terrible in store service. The cards I ordered you couldn't read them and some of the printing was faded. I talked to the print manager and he was very rude and I ask them to redo and design the card. He said you don't want to do that because I will have to charge you an additional 25 dollars. So I got a refund....when my son was leaving the store one of the workers hollard peace out little kid".....I have a disability and couldn't go in myself and the way this was handled was unprofessional and rude. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

The employees are rude (josh) was just really rude because we asked for help on the self printers and then told us to go to the ups store and I asked to speak with the manager but he was rude as well (joey) because he never showed up at all. I would like a call from someone to explain what we went though.
