The employees are very experienced and provide ample assistance when setting up or making changes to plans and are knowledgeable about current products! Sandra, the store manager, is always polite and helpful with any questions or needs I personally have had. SHOP HERE. THIS IS A VERY GOOD T-MOBILE LOCATION.

Amazing team at this T-mobile location! They helped our entire family switch over to t-mobile and upgrade to iPhone 12’s. Simply the best! Very informative, kind, patient (helping us load our phones and all) and super great people. Definitely come to this location if you need any help!!! THANKS SO MUCH TEAM

I am amazed by the service I received yesterday at this location. I had a phone that was damaged, and had gone to another t-mobile location and they said it was unable to be unlocked to do the transfer to a new phone. I decided to go to the Marco Island location because they had the phone I wanted. Not only did they unlock the phone and got it to upload to the new phone (with lots of ingenious ideas) they hooked me up to a better phone with a great price. Thanks so much!!!!! I won't go to any other location in the future.

Once again you have my sincere gratitude for your amazing, skilled, knowlegable employees Felix and Eric who once again came to my rescue. They sold me a new phone, an Internet and trouble shooted my phone very patiently. They went beyond and above their normal duties to help me. I left the office very grateful for their kind help. You have my vote as the best T Mobile office for your incredible service in Florida.

Crooks. Specifically asked to cancel plan after paying a restocking fee to return a product. Plan was never cancelled. This place is very unprofessional but it makes sense as the general consensus is T-Mobile seems to be the worst carrier. AT&T or sprint instead!

Went to T mobile at Freedom Square as it was the closest but was told I couldn't upgrade my Sprint phone there and was told to go to a Sprint store.
I knew Sprint and T mobile merged so I knew I could go to a T mobile store for an upgrade. I looked and found this store on Marco with EXCELLENT reviews so I went.
Reviews were so on the mark! Sandra the manager is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Her staff Victor and Erika were also very helpful and Sandra made sure everything went smoothly with my upgrade. I am not tech savvy and it looks like I found a great Tmobile location for me! Thank you Sandra, Victor and Erika!!!

My trip to the store (#595D) today was very pleasant. I was taken care of by Erika who was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The other sales clerks were also professional and eager to serve. I maintain my contract with T-Mobile not only because of the cell service but also for the great customer support they offer. I was a past Verizon & AT&T customer and not too happy with their CS. T-Mobile is definitely better at Customer support.
