Metro by T-Mobile

I went into the store to pay my monthly bill.(I have been using Metro PCS for a couple of years now).Told me the bill was $59 when i had just gone to the Corporate store and changed my plan to $50 a month (including everything) the month prior. The young man got agitated after I said I was'nt paying that and the other server jumped in after I asked the original server where the closest corporate store was located and became extremly rude and childish laughing at me as if this was all a joke. Very unprofessional of your employees to act out and behave as if we were on the school yard. I will make a complaint with the BBB and also the corporate store as the way I was treated was not the way any business should treat loyal customers.
I will now be looking for another phone Carrier.

Wanted to say Jackie was an excellent service person and knows how to make a person smile also feel joy , she helped me out pick out a phone with a excellent price , best metro experience I had and from the best metro store! I will be coming here again hopefully she’ll be the one to assist again !

I was there getting a new phone for my daughter and was assisted by Jason. Jason was very knowledgeable and super kind. He helped us make a decision on what phone would be better for her. He was enthusiastic and very friendly, great asset to Metro, good job Jadon! And thank you for all your help 😉
