The technology of today is difficult for someone my age. Nick helped me so patiently & understanding. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I felt comfortable asking the most minor questions. Gabriela was so helpful, customer focused, and explained everything to me that she made the process of replacing my phone seem less. I watched how she interacted with all customers coming into store after me: warm, welcoming and patient answering questions and concerns. She “ models” the behavior of how you want your associates to be. Most importantly she is a wonderful young lady and a joy to talk to

I read a few reviews online that were negative and I almost skipped using this Verizon store. The staff there especially Nicholas was super attentive. I got in and out of there with a new phone in literally 10 minutes. They were able to link it up with my company account and do all the correct things. Great experience!

Nicholas assisted me with an exchange and replacement for 2 iPhones (8s to 13s). He was very knowledgeable, professional, competent and friendly and the transition was fast and thorough. He provide us with top notch service and was helpful with a quick primer on how to use the new model phones - a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Tom found a new 'Droid for me and in very short order had it up and running with my contacts and photos and even found a way to reduce my monthly bill.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Marco Island Verizon store tonight. We hadn’t ever used the liquid screen protector and weren’t sure how it worked compared to the stick on protectors. Jordan was so pleasant and patient and helped us by applying the liquid screen protector to my wife’s phone. We highly recommend this store and want to thank Jordan again for helping us.

I went to the Verizon store on December 4th with a dysfunctional phone looking for help. Luis was able to help me troubleshoot and get me get a new phone. He was very helpful and patient with me and made sure everything was done correctly. My experience here was phenomenal!
