I had purchased an android charger
I played cash retrieved my item and went on my way. For what ever reason a couple days later charger stop working. I'm sure it was my fault. Went back to store , Plead my case. Owner went on to ask if I had the receipt. I said , I'm a man I paid cash no I don't have the receipt . He could have refused me at that point not only did he replace my charger he upgraded it. I recommend this place , store ,location. This owners is a stand up guy. Thank you

I bought a phone from them two days ago. I have been having issues with it. It has been taking forever to charge. It keeps knockin out of my apps. It keeps freezing on me and cutting out. I went to see if i cañ get exchange for a new phone and the guy tells me I can buy another phone at a upgrade price. So the $200 I just spent for the new phone would be pointless . They have a 14 day return policy but that's only at full price. Since I been a customer for over 5 years and i am eligible for a upgrade there is no return policy. When i told the guy this is one i wanted he got really excited which was weird. I think he knew it had issues. I called customer service they basically said if i had another phone from a different carrier then I they would allow my number to be put on that phone. But I'd still be$200. Then they said I could send my phone to the manufacturer and have it checked but I'd be without a phone for a week or so. So basically I spent $200 on a broken phone from scam artist who knew the phone was broken I'm convinced. And when I went to get help they treated me terribly

Abeb was such a big help to me. I went to this location about a week ago as it's closest to my home. My Galaxy A20 phone got damaged my new one came in the mail after I filed my insurance claim. I'm a tech-tard so I didn't want to risk changing out my sim card & setting up things myself, being that I was afraid I'd break my new phone, but Abeb was very kind & patient he took his time & installed my sim card, set up my new phone, & even transferred all of my information to my new phone for me. He did it all for free, which he said came with my insurance claim. Most people would've been dishonest & tried to make an extra buck, but not Abeb. I will definitely return here because clearly they care about actually helping customers.

This store and the people there are the biggest scam artists!! No help at all new phone purchased and already out of memory and there was "nothing" they could do! As I was there people were complaining at the same problems...either they are dealing out faulty phones or rigging them! I will be reporting them to the BBB and anywhere else I can report them! This place needs to be investigated!

Do not go to this location! My boyfriend bought a brand new phone and it died for no reason! It was just purchased 2 weeks ago! I had it checked and its believed they are refurbishing the phones here at this location!! I will be taking further action

I went this store this morning and the girl was so rude. I was trying to ask her questions. She was talking over me and told me to go buy my phone elsewhere. I have been a customer for a long time. I will not continue my business with them after this. The other people there are not rude. This girl has no customer services training and also a liar because she told me LG doesn't make pjone anymore. I saw LG phones everywhere.

My son is a US Marine. He went into Metro and upgraded his phone and we told the customer service agent he was going overseas. She sold him the phone, a case and a charger and now he’s overseas and he can’t use the phone. I went in to ask why they would do that and if they could unlock the phone as he’s stationed there for a minimum of 3 years and they said there’s nothing they can do. He can’t use the phone and that if I had any common sense we would have known that. Way to treat the people defending you and the country you live in. buy him a new phone and get him service with anyone except T-Mobile/Metro. Ignorant and rude - what a combination. Disappointed but not surprised.

They are always so helpful and knowledgeable! Very friendly and reliable staff. I always come to them for my phones and help with my phones, accessories, etc. Abed is the Best!
