I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 2 years now and I’ve never had any problems. However I recently had a situation where my phone needed to be replaced with a “warranty phone”. Unfortunately the “warranty Phone” was sent to the wrong store. So I went to pick up my phone and the representative of this store refused to give it to me because he claimed that my original phone cannot be replace. He was rude. He told me to go back to the store where I originally placed the order for the “warranty phone.” So I asked him if he can verify that the other store was open because it was already 8pm and I don’t want to drive to the other side of town if the store was closed.
Of course he didn’t verify and just told me that the store closed. So I want home without a phone and upset because the way he treated me. Which I would never treat someone in that matter. I didn’t appreciate his attitude and demeanor. If someone is going to work as a Customer Service Representative, with an attitude like that, maybe he shouldn’t work in that field.
Therefore, since I normally don’t go to this store, this was the first and last time I will go there. I will go back to my store where I usually go to because they treat the customers with respect and like family.

I have been a TMobile customer for almost 20 years and have always recommended them to friends and family for cellular service. I recently took a senior friend in to the Margate store to transfer his service from Verizon to TMobile. The CR Carmen was very attentive and curtious to my friend. She explained everything available to him and got him his military discount too. He was very satisfied with his new phone and the service he will have that won't drop his calls anymore.

This T-mobile has poor poor customer service! Went to upgrade my phone when they did not have what I wanted in stock the gentleman immediately instructed me to order online or call the 800 number. Never offered other option!!! I had to ask him what other phones he had in stock because he was so quick to try to get rid of me, luckily I asked because I would have walked out with nothing!!! then I ask what colors he had in stock for the phone he pulled it up on his little tablet for me to look vs him walking me to the display so that I can see the actual phone. So once again I had to ask to see the display. After I choose the color he went to get the phone then proceeded to put in the order, I had to ask what was my down payment? how much my bill will increase due to the upgrade ? I felt like I was selling the phone to myself!!! If I didn’t need this phone for Christmas I would have walked out and took my business elsewhere!!!! Not to mention while waiting the staff was talking about another customer who called for assistance over the phone and they told her they couldn’t help her because the store was too busy and to check online. She as well wrote a review about the store because the staff was discussing it in front of the customers that was in the store. HINT HINT don’t talk about your bad reviews when you providing horrible customer service to the people right in front of you!! I WILL NEVER VIST THIS T-MOBILE AGAIN!!!

Worse experience EVER! Went in to add a service to an account I have after being told it was do-able by a female employee the day before and today I was rudely told they wouldn't do it. I told the guy, believe his name was Juan, that I was told by the female employee that it could be done and his comment was "well she's not here is she?!" I asked to speak to the manager who was of no help.. I get supporting your staff BUT that is NO WAY to speak to a customer!! They were both more interested in making more money out of my account than necessary. I was already ready to add more services but not under the circumstances they were trying to force. I Felt COMPLETELY discriminated!! Would NEVER return there again.

I had one of the worst customer experiences in my lifetime with this store and the manager Sebastian. I was trying to understand my options and work towards a solution, and he was rude, condescending and disrespectful. He laughed at me and then hung up on me. When I called back he told me that the three customers standing there in the store were laughing at me because I called back and he had to explain things again. This man has no business being in a position working with customers and certainly not in a management role. I am boycotting T-Mobile and I will recommend to my large network of contacts that they do the same. Sebastian is terrible.
