Guitar Center

I recently came down to Pompano from Massachusetts for a short term work assignment and didn't bring my guitar with me. This was my first time at this location and the staff was awesome. I called ahead to see if a particular guitar was in stock and when I arrived, Will showed me around and helped me find everything I needed. The guy who rang me up was also awesome, but I unfortunately didn't catch his name

I live in West Palm but went to visit this store to try out a particular keyboard. I had lots of questions but knew what my end goal was. First, let me comment on how amazingly neat this store is!! Everything is organized so well. And then I met Aaron, the store manager. He chimed in and answered some of the questions I had. He took a real interest in what I was looking for and was the consummate professional: courteous, engaging, and extremely helpful. Thank you for a pleasant experience at your store.

My daughter got serious about playing guitar a few years ago and we go into Guitar Center often. The staff is so helpful and kind. Steven in particular has helped us purchase two guitars over the years. He takes the time to share his knowledge and answer all of our questions, even when we are not ready to make a purchase. The staff at this store took the time to teach my daughter how to change her strings and tune her guitars. 10/10. Love them.

Literally the best guitar store I’ve been to, let alone a guitar center. From stock to amazing pricing, they have everything! Big shoutout to Steven who went so above and beyond to make my purchase possible. Spent so much time with me making sure everything was ok and answered all million questions I’ve had. Definitely coming back! Highly highly highly recommended!

I just left guitar center and had to leave a review because Steven the man who helped us was so nice and super helpful getting me set up with my first electric drum-set, he was super patient and answered all our questions. Had some amazing deals and sales for Labor Day, overall a great friendly shop!

Great people and great service…I don’t post reviews very often but an associate at this particular location was so helpful and that I wanted to commend him. I had just had a bad experience at another local music store… but from the moment I came in to the Coconut Creek Guitar Center, Stephen G. was very helpful and super/patient… I had a lot of questions about a product I was interested in, and he handled them all with grace and respect. (It felt like I was at a Chick-fil-A LOL) I purchased the amplifier I had been looking for with confidence – and he went above and beyond to make it a good deal for me. I appreciate his level of customer service, and even made it a point to tell his manager… this will be my “go-to” music store from now on… Thanks, Steven

The Coconut Creek, FL store rocks!

Sergio, Steven and Tom are fantastic! I had a small issue with a new amp and returned it. Sergio opened a box with a brand new amp, tested it and exchanged it, no questions asked! I previously had another issue with something else and Steven was equally responsive making everything right, again with no questions asked. Tom, the repair guru, has been excellent as an advisor in pedal selection and guitar and amp repair.

I started playing in 1964 and have been in countless music stores around the entire country. None has come close to the people and management of this store in Coconut Creek, FL. They are the most customer focused and loyal people I have encountered. No reason to shop elsewhere.

Sergio, man were you a pleasure to talk to! Very informative, super helpful, I has some questions about going SSS or HSS on a Strat and he helped me makes what I feel was the best decision 😀 We ended up placing the an order for a Fender Player Series and he was able to add a Black Friday Discount code which saved me over $100!!
