Super nice place! I came with my boyfriend because he wanted to get a bass so bad and he received such amazing recommendations from the people in the store. They were so nice and patient with him. He received amazing options and explanations for the different kinds of bass and which would fit best to his interest.

I dealt with Barry who quickly searched for an item I had been trying to get and he processed my order quickly and had it shipped directly to my home. I never received an email confirmation with tracking, so I called and spoke with Lana Wise who looked up the info and gave me a FedEx tracking number. I ordered less than 48 hours ago and it will be arriving today!! The staff at Sam Ash are nothing less than superior and fantastic!!! Kudos for always giving me an awesome experience!!

I go to Sam Ash every once a week for my Violin lessons and I absolutely love it. I appreciate my Violin Teacher, Ms.Maria taking the time and having the patience to teach me. The staff is absolutely fantastic as well. I always look forward to going to Sam Ash!

Great experience the manager Anthony answered every question and went over and beyond with the service. Called multiple stores to inquire about the instrument in question. Came back a few days later and with the help of Lana made the purchase. Would come back to purchase instruments in the future.

good store, but if you still equipment, it'll take a good two weeks to get the check, and their account specifically prevents you from cashing the check.

be aware, if you're selling because you're tight, better make sure you've got somewhere to deposit a check, and have some time to wait.

Hector and the guitar maintenance staff were amazing. I highly recommend them if you need adjustments, or any custom work done. The store is so welcoming and everyone in it was friendly. Great selection of products, too!
