I went into this store to upgrade my IPhone 8+ for an Iphone13 and expected the worst. I was happy to see they had the phone I wanted in stock, and an excellent trade-in offer. So happy with my experience. I received a much higher trade-in value than I expected…I was in and out of the store with a new IPhone 13+ within and hour and paying much less than I expected than when I arrived. Great customer service and very efficient as well! Thanks T-Mobile

Great service. Friendly people. Went to check on my plan to upgrade my Hotspot data and asked about international calls.
A guy name Sebastian Arbaiza (very knowledgeable and to the point) changed my plan at no cost making it better in every way. He also walked me through how to get create and use the T-Mobile App and now I have access to Free Netflix and multiple other services for free which is amazing. I’m so glad I stopped by in person to ask about these things.

Got two new lines ported to T-Mobile and got couple of phones.

Tmobile charge's for new post paid connection at $35 which was little strange but other than that there were no surprises.

I been with T-Mobile for many years. I never had such great customer care until yesterday with Jonathan. He took his time with me. Wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what I was going to buy. He didn’t pressure me at all. Very knowledgeable. Best customer care. I live 3 minutes from a T-Mobile store. I will drive 20 minutes away to the T-Mobile store on SR-7 in coconut creek and have Jonathan take care of me for now on. Definitely worth it.

Carlos helped me buy my iPad, he was super attentive and friendly. He helped me to eliminate a value that I had been trying to solve for months, I didn't have to wait, everything was very fast and very efficient! I definitely recommend Carlos to any client who wants to be well taken care of.

Absolutely the best experience I have had in any business ever! Angel (store manager), solved a 2 month issue...in 15 mins. Such kindness and the precision with which it was handled...1st class all the way. Thank you!

Attempted to upgrade my phone. Both David And Lexi were very rude about doing their job, left the store. Wish I could give zero stars. Have been T-mobile customers for over 10 years and have recently upgraded 4 other phones. Poor customer service
