CVS

If I could take stars away from this location, I’d drop their rating to a negative. How is this location allowed to remain in business? They have below the bottom of the barrel customer service. The staff is combative and rude, and will be quick to tell you to leave if you don’t like their negative attitudes. They refuse to fill prescriptions at their personal discretion. They blatantly laugh in the faces of customers and at customers. If you’re stuck using CVS with no options, find any other location but this one.

They do not carry liquid ibuprofen for adults. Employee hasn’t heard of it and suggested that I double dose with children’s wasting my money. I’ll get it somewhere else. I’ve been getting it for years yet they don’t carry it.

Dropped prescriptions off at 1 and was told they would be ready by 3. I knew better so I came at 3:30, and guess what... I don't have my prescriptions. I really hate dealing with CVS. They just have the worst customer service. It's like this at every location I've gone to. There's always a problem. I have never gone to the pharmacy and things have gone right. NEVER.

2 visits and same rep ...rude & seems bothered when told printer is down which seems to be down only during her shifts. Either way she is abrupt and rude!

Today the detergent Xtra was marked $7.49. Two customers and myself went and took one each, went to the cash register to pay and one customer was telling a young new cashier that the price was $7.49 not $25.00 and I said its true. The cashier ran and took the sign out and called the manager he said his name is Ryan, (he did not even have his name tag on)and that he was not going to honor the price. That it was their mistake. The cashier smiled very sarcastic.
They are very unprofesional, no customer service and dont even apologize for their mistakes! False advertisement, by not knowing how to do their job!

I purchased a product from this store, and I have 5$ coupon, but i forgot applying that. 30 mins later, I came back to the store and ask them to apply 5$. They said they would not take it.
I was like...then what the F is $5 for?
and the cashier face is like an addict.
Next time, manager should hire a real American for cashiering who speaks English . This cashier cant even say " sorry"
Dont treat customer with that type of manner!

An employee closed the store 5 minutes earlier than posted time when we just need one item.
