I worked for Walgreens and this is the worst location I've ever been to. The pharmacy refused to adjudicate claims, reshelves medication without reaching out to the patient, and doesn't order medication until the insurance claim is paid (even if it's a medication you've been on for years).
They expect the patient to do their job for them.

So these pharmacists apparently know more than my doctors. Yet almost every single time I need to pickup a prescription, there is some kind of issue with the pharmacy. They either forget to fill it or even better I’ve gone to pickup my prescriptions and have asked them “don’t I have such and such tray?” They’ll tell me oh, no that isn’t going to be ready & I get a text telling me it’s ready the next day so I get to constantly go to this store. Even though I’m supposed to be using their “save a trip” feature to get all my prescriptions on the same day. If you must use Walgreens, I’d recommend looking for a different one than this. Because they’re AWFUL.

Worst service ever! Very disrespectful pharmacist called us liars when he did not properly close the cap on a prescription liquid medication and it leaked all over. Rude and obnoxious. If you want to be treated professionally and with respect, do not ever go to this store location. Even the manager is also unhelpful. Wasting your money if you come to this location. Stick with CVS, much better service!.

Sunday, I was given wrong information from another pharmacist who was nice. When I went there yesterday, I was completely disrespected by the male pharmacist, who claimed to be the manager. If he is the manager, he needs to attend many training classes on customer service. I have never been so rudely spoken to by someone that is supposed to be a professional. The other pharmacists are nice and have manners. However, they need to make sure they give correct information to customers and the manager needs to be fired! HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

The pharmacy here is EXTREMELY attentive when Asif is working. Asif went above and beyond while speaking with me briefly. He provided great advice to contact my insurance when most individuals wouldn't go the extra step to provide that type of feedback. THANK YOU ASIF!! You saved me about $210 dollars with your quick and attentive response!

The Pharmacy had me on hold for 20 minutes, they kept picking up and saying please hold, repeated about 8 times until they finally disconnected me. They are horrible service, so rude; don't go there to get your prescription filled at all cost!

I’ve been coming Walgreens pharmacy for almost four years. Everyone at the pharmacy has always been professional and caring except Kristal the pharmacist! She bickers back and forth about technical terms like the difference between available for pick up and ready for pickup. She has a non caring attitude even if she says she’s there to help. “Well they’re just going to have to wait “. Why because she doesn’t work well under pressure. Let someone else do the job if you don’t care.

Worst Pharmacy Ever!!!

The Pharmacist Krista is the most unprofessional and belligent Pharmacist I have ever met. She will yell out HIPPA protected information to everyone within earshot of the store and dare you to call her on it. It's just a matter if time before they get sued for it!!!
