1. Somehow ALL of my prescriptions get put on auto-fill, even though I ask for this to be removed from all prescriptions, including talking to pharmacy managers and the corporate 800 number. Still no resolution! This means I got 2 phone calls and a txt EVERY DAY! I work nightshift and sleep during the day. When I work, it is a minimum 13 hours on the clock, plus 2.5 hours travel time per day. Unfortunately, my job mandates that I use CVS or pay out of pocket. I'm TIRED!

2. I need a prescription once a month that is a life saving medication (as opposed to an allergy medication, etc.) The pharmacy does not keep it in stock, so when I call to have it refilled, I have to wait 2-3 days for them to order it, another 3-4 days for it to be shipped to the pharmacy, and another day for it to be filled for pickup. If I try to call it in a week early, the insurance company denies the order because it is "too early." This means I am going without a LIFE SAVING medication for one week out of every month! This is NOT OK!!

I have tried other CVS pharmacies and they are even worse!

Don't get me wrong, the pharmacy staff at this location are very professional and courteous, but CVS really has some BIG problems! If my job didn't have me locked in to CVS, I would find a different pharmacy company.

Very bad customer service. I didn’t have a receipt with me for a purchase i made may 26th. Manager Victor comes and wanted to give me store credit only. I expressed to him I would rather have it returned back to my card. Then Victor asks me if I remember when I made the purchase and what time a day. I pulled my bank statement and showed him my statement of the purchase on may 26th. Then victor comes back and tells me the computer can’t look at the transaction past May 29th. I asked him is there anyone else who is able to help or if they have a corporate number I could call to help me with the transaction. Victor looks at me and tells me “I AM WASTING MY TIME”. I looked at him shocked and replied “DID YOU JUST TELL ME THAT I AM WASTING MY TIME?”. He showed no remorse for what he said. I grabbed my stuff and walked out of the store. That is not the type of Customer Service that the consumers here in Palm Beach Gardens should be receiving.

Came a few days ago to but Pokémon trading cards for my son and the lady was so unwilling to help. Didn’t even bother to make an attempt to look for them or help me; Elke i believe her name was.

Just to come back 2 days later and find them. Thanks to Patricia & Oniece at 3 AM in the morning. They were alert, they greeted me as I walked through the door, and directed me to everything i needed. And i was able to grab a few pack of cards for my son. Amazing customer service from these ladies, i think I’ll only shop overnight just to be able to shop with them.

I stopped in a couple nights ago after work to pick up a few items. I had trouble finding one of the things I needed and asked the young lady named Oniece working for some assistance. Due to the time of night that I finish working, I often staff at various places who allow the stress of the night to turn into rudeness. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Oniece’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help me. It was a bright spark that helped the stressful evening that I was experiencing.

Cvs is my pharmacy specifically this pharmacy they are always polite and overall fast doing refills I’ve waited for my refills no longer than 15-20 min. The beautiful queen who works inside usually at the pick up she deserves a raise she is outstanding

Extremely slow. You'll save time driving to a different CVS to get your prescription filled than standing in line at this one.
Parking lot is difficult to enter and exit due to heavy traffic on Northlake and Military.

This place is understaffed..Only one person working at the pickup counter or front register and 9 or 10 people were in line. They have 3 windows and the pharmacist and others were either on the phone or filling prescriptions. Employees are helpful, but should be cross trained to run register when lines are long and fill prescription bottles later. Also they are open 24 hrs but the pharmacy isn't. Pharmacist make over 100k a yr as compared to the other minimum wage employees so they should be the ones working the late hours filling bottles at 1 am instead of during the day when it's packed.

My insurance switched over to Walgreens so hopefully service will be better. I used to work near the CVS in Juno Beach and that one was a lot quicker. Probably could go 15 miles there instead of a mile down the street to this one and be home faster.
