This review is for the store and not the pharmacy. I agree with some about the front of the store needing a little sprucing up and curb appeal. The inside the store is clean and well stocked. There was a long line to check out and they brought up two more girls but they were not helping get the line moving. Not sure if it was the staff or the customers but the wait was frustrating. Maybe they need to get self checkouts at this CVS store to move things along. Parking is adequate with easy access to the front of the store, also easy access back on to Goldenrod.

Visited the store for passport photos and did some shopping as well. The store was clean and well stocked with friendly and helpful staff. Everything about the place from pharmacy to photos was well organized and clean.

The man who was on the hallway, I didn't even get close to see the name and if he was a manager. But really you were very attentive since each client came in asking if there was something they needed to help find and helped me at the end in the autoshelf checkout. People like him make a difference anywhere

Horrible service in the Pharmacy, lines are ALWAYS long they sometimes have one person attending front end and drive through I can guarantee you’re losing a significant amount of clients due to this. Also you’re on hold for almost 45-70 min when you call . Get it together please !!

Worst experience at a CVS I’ve ever had. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for over 25 minutes waiting for my COVID test. Many other customers have come and gone and I’m still waiting. Unreal.

The rudest cashier on Saturday afternoon. I went to the self checkout to get supplies from my surgery earlier that week. I finish packing one bag, with limited space to pack another I picked up the full bag. Out of nowhere I get a snarky remark from her saying “LEAVE it there. That is how those machines work, unless you want me over there every 5 minutes” I only had a few things in my hand. She could have not have been so rude and said came across a lot friendly. I will never go back to that place. Ever.

Waited almost 1 1/2 hours for medication for my husband all together. waited 35 mins the first time then the medication was not ready… came back & waited almost 50 minutes!!!! this place is probably the WORST CVS i ever been too. literally this shouldn’t even be happening to let people wait and sit and burn gas for almost 2 hours waiting on medication. if i could give 0 stars i would!!!!
