Literally takes 1 bad experience to avoid ever coming back here. Came to pick up a package from FedEx which I’ve done many times. I literally get an interrogation because the address on the account doesn’t match the one on the id. I showed proof that I work at that address and even then she was still questioning me. Again this is the first time out of 20x this had happened and it will be the last since I’m never coming back. Great job!

Staff is generally rude, incompetent. They fill my meds out with only half a month almost every single time. I told then to fill it as the doctor prescribed but there's always an excuse. One time I got 3 new scripts and they charged me almost $80. This was really hard for me to fill but I needed the meds. I got home and saw they filled out 3 months worth all at the same time. The location is convenient but the aggravation is not worth it.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Frank the pharm tech was super helpful and patient with me. He was able to save the day and got my prescriptions ready very quickly after the usual Walgreens pharmacy I use closed temporarily without warning! Picking up the meds was just as pleasant. Thank you everyone!

Came to simply pick up photos that were ready over a day in advance. The woman at the photo counter ignored me, then shooed me away while on what seemed to be a personal phone call at the counter for the next ten minutes. When I finally got my pictures from her and went to check out, I told the cashier who clearly didn’t care. He brushed me off and said she was the manager.

Stupidest pharmacy in Casselberry I swear. They never get nothing right never I wish I had a zero for rating . They don’t care about nobody sad puppies. Stay the hell out of home if you don’t want to work they always have an attitude like we owe them money or something

Staff is overall friendly, I noticed there are some new staff members and they are always eager to help. As for the pharmacy, they have to be the most pleasant people. They always have my medication ready, and resolve any problems I may have. I stay close by and this store is very convenient and having a good customer service is just a plus.

The Pharmacy is not dependable. A doctor submits a prescription that they don't have in stock. They said it will be ready by tomorrow. To only come back the next day and they never submitted the order yesterday so now you are going even longer without your medication.... this has happened multiple times now....

Pharmacy staff much better than a few months ago but still seem very disorganized and not enough help
