Liz in the pharmacy was so helpful and kind when I visited! She took the time to explain all of the options I had to pay for my medication. I have been a patient at this Walgreens for several months, and Liz was the first technician to recommend the prescription savings club program. I have had very frustrating experiences at this Walgreens, but Liz’s compassion for her patients helped me save lots of money from now on which I am extremely appreciative for. Every time I visit I will be asking for her by name!

Love the new store layout. This is my favorite Walgreens. The pharmacy is very busy though I always feel listened to. For some reason, they seem to get a lot of what I would call questionable patients but the staff seems to roll with it. Judging by some of the rants on here, it seems like people need to go somewhere else if they are pillseekers because this place won’t put up with it. My wait in line up from is never long and if it does, they call someone up to help.

If I could rate negative 100 stars I would! I received calls from this pharmacy saying my prescription was delayed..my doctor said NO you are good to pick up. 2 days I called..1 hour each call..finally had to have the assistant manager help...he aplogized profusely. Went in to pick up...girl sitting at counter...not a hello..young guy long hair ..sweating...could not find me in the system..with all pertinent info...PHARMACIST comes over ..they find me..finally... the words "idiots" tumble out of my mouth...3 days to figure out a simple prescription! Sorry tumbled out...the PHARMACIST then told me she was not fullfilling my prescription!! What!! I then called manager on duty..young girl in a hoodie...made me wait 15 minutes while they all huddled like high school girls. Meanwhile called my lawyer...he said..hope they dont fullfill...we will sue!! I told them..you don't have to like me..I dont have to like you.
But you WILL NOT hold my medication as leverage..this is not high school....DO YOUR JOB!!! MOST RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF. Did not trust them. Had my perscription transferred to Walgreens 1792 in Winter Park..lovely staff. I intend to contact corporate. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! AND THAT PHARMACIST SHOULD BE FIRED.

This is my go-to “corner store”. They're always well stocked and the staff is always friendly. Sari helped me out today looking for some beauty products. She was super helpful & knowledgable.

Overall, I enjoy stopping here when I need last minute things, snacks, or even if I'm ‘just looking’.

Pharmacy purposely keep you on hold on the phone, then hang up on you. Call back then you have to wait in the phone queue. Then when you are the next person, they hang up on you. I could hear an employee speaking when they picked up the phone, then hung it up on me. Poor customer service, that's why this place has poor ratings. I called more than once, and they keep hanging up. Waited for more than an hour and half on the phone and still no one answered the call.

Note;This review is on Curbside /Pick up order not the Pharmacy itself.Beware if you ordered online and expected to pick up your order on time because apparently the wifi isnt good that the order is missed by the Store manager!We had to wait 10minutes to get the order done.Otherwise seems like this Walgreen is well stocked than the other one nearby..

I have called several times to make sure my medication is ready. I get transferred and then the calls go dead. It's called pass the buck. Then when I finally get through, I am put on hold then transfered and goes dead. I honestly believe more people need to be at the phone and also when you do go to pick the medication up and go to the store to pick up other things, 2 people who are employees are walking around and following you. I am a senior and do not appreciate the bull in that store. So I give it a 2 and I am generous with that rating.

I don’t understand the low ratings - this store is fantastic! It’s better than Walgreens near my house (even though my house is in a “better” area). The manager said this is one of their bigger stores so they offer more. There’s tons of variety in healthful, organic, sugar-conscious snacks. They also offer fresh fruit and veggie cuts, as well as protein trays (meat, crackers, nuts). Customer service was great. Store was clean, even late into the night. I was too late to go to the supermarket/grocery store, but found most of my items at this location, which is unusual for a Walgreens. The variety here makes this store stand out. And they have drink fridges that show you the beverages on a screen. Kinda cool.
