CVS

I was charged $259 for a covid test. Was not told I'd be charged at all until I got a negative result. Called customer service and was told I'd be getting a partial refund in the mail. Never got the refund, this was in July 2021.
-Update, I have in fact now received my refund. Thank you! And please inform people that you charge for Covid tests!

When I went to pick up my new prescription at around 6:30 PM on a Friday, I was told I’d have to wait until the Pharmacist is back on Monday for him to order it because it’s a control substance. The Pharmacy doesn’t close until 8pm so I don’t understand why the Pharmacist was gone already. Also, every pharmacy I’ve been to, the pharmacist is there on weekends so it doesn’t make sense for me to have to wait days to get my meds. They said it would take 2 additional days for me to even receive it once they order it.

Edit: I’ve since switched to Walgreens after writing this review and have had no problems with them. However, Aetna my insurance is forcing prescribers to switch to CVS (clearly they’re struggling to get customers for obvious reason). Of course CVS not only doesn’t have my prescription, they’re unable to even order it so they said I should try to find another CVS on a Friday afternoon before a holiday to see if I can get my prescription. 😅 No wonder Aetna and CVS are forcing customers to use them because their pharmacy is one of the worst I’ve had to deal with. Hopefully I can switch to having my medication mailed so I won’t have to deal with their incompetence.

Pharmacy delayed my prescription for something already addressed on the script AND something I clarified at drop-off. They do not answer the phones. I called multiple times, was on hold for 30 min and never got through. First and last time using them. Already switched pharmacies.
