Brand new store! Very nice staff. We were greeted by staff in both stores. My wife was looking for a few things and I wanted to get some pictures printed. Like I said, the staff helped both of us. I had some pictures printed up and my wife ended up purchasing some things that we were going to go get from publix! All in all, this store and its staff are outstanding! We will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

After being home during the pandemic for over a year and being so embrassed due a skin reaction from another product. I had a high level of anxiety walking into the store. I was shopping for shampoo and was greeted by Devon immediately. She was so knowledgeable about the products and went above an beyond to make me feel comfortable. Thank you so much Devon you a gem! Your kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you Justin (GM) for taking the time to speak with me it was a pleasure! My favorite store, I'm so grateful for people like you.

My mom got a text on Sunday morning, 05/29/22, stating her prescription (sent to Walgreens well before they closed on Saturday) was ready, but when she went to pick it up that afternoon, the pharmacy was closed. I understand they are closed today since it is Memorial Day, but why would they send a text on Sunday saying the script was ready and then not be open? Also, why couldn't they have had her script ready Saturday? Now she can't get it until Tuesday.

I was honestly ready to change pharmacies, but this location has a new pharmacist that is so pleasant and helpful. She is the exact opposite of the woman I encountered many times there. Please do whatever you can to keep her, she is so nice!

Made an online appointment for a booster shot for my 11 year old. After waiting close to an hour the pharmacist notified us they did not have pediatric vaccines available. They found another Walgreens that does have pediatric vaccines and sent us there. We went there the pharmacist there explained since the previous Walgreens completed the registration they have to contact them void it in their computer system in order to get the shot at his location. Now, We are waiting again.

After having continual difficulty obtaining two of my maintenance medications, I switched my prescriptions to Walgreens at 885 West State Road 436 in Altamonte Springs. Alyssa, Rose, and James at this location took my concerns seriously and went "above and beyond" to obtain my medications in a timely manner. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service that I received at this pharmacy.

WARNING: Dangerously poor service. Pharmacy erratically closes. Prescriptions sent by doctors “not received/can’t be found”, and can’t be transferred to another Walgreens location ( even though there are several nearby). The result is that patients are left without urgently needed meds. Staff is apathetic to customer needs. These problems have persisted for months ( June - October) with no improvement, excuse, or even explanation beyond “systems are down” and no sincere apology. Accurate rating should be negative stars count.

if i could leave zero stars i would, this pharmacy has been giving me and my insurance trouble back to back, not to mentiom they dont know how to do their job and they're rude while doing so. They miss billed my insurance and refused to fix it, messed up my prescriptions, even common ones as loradidine that i've gotten from them for than a year already. and they refuse to answer the phone to me or my insurance and when they do answer they'll put us both on hold and refuse to anser or just hang up and put us on hold again if we call. I've been trying to work things out with them for a month already because they are walking distance from my home but it just gets more and more fustrating no matter how nice i try to be with them. not to mention tbis pharmacy is always closed at random times without notice.
