Worst pharmacy I have ever attempted to use. Only ever answer the phone to say "CVS, please hold." and before you can get a word out they put you on an indefinite hold. Have literally waited on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions just to give up and go in person where I receive horrible customer service. Their attitudes are so toxic and just over all mean.

A few times I mentioned the ridiculous wait times on the phone and they basically called me a liar... which led me to walking in the next time while still on hold and showed them the length of the current call being over an hour and a half and put their wait music on speaker phone for them to hear. They didn't care.

Attempted to complain to the store manager who just directed me to complain to the pharmacy (what wonders that would do...).

Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Rude pharmacy staff. Told me they couldnt help me because pharmacy was closing in a few minutes. It was 8:16 pharmacy didnt close until 9. I needed help with my blood pressure medicine. Thankfully I called Publix Pharmacy who also closed at 9 and they graciously helped me. Do better!!

One employee working the whole store I could get no help in the photo department. The girl wasn’t trained properly I had to help her. Pharmacy can’t even help me with a question about over-the-counter Robitussin cough medicine. There’s no one there to help you. I’ll be going up the street to Walgreens where there are employees. Store is dirty.

The store is filthy. What does it really take to clean the carpets?? Pharmacy is hit or miss...some truly nice and helpful folks there and some real duds. Skip CVS Single Care plan in favor of Good Rx. Much better pricing with Good. Usually find better pricing at Publix on my prescription generic drugs even with insurance.

This particular CVS is always, always, always slow. It is mind boggling how long it takes to pick up a prescription and very often they have the insurance information incorrect. I don't know how that's possible because it doesn't change but somehow they are able to get it wrong. I really wish Aetna would let us get our 90 day prescriptions filled at Walgreen's. The Walgreen's at Goldenrod and Aloma is always super quick and accurate.

It is so hard to get through on the phone. No one ever has any information, so it’s pointless to call anyway. The drive through takes over an hour and it’s only three cars in line. I’ve also had issues getting expired medication from CVS.

If your insurance allows, take literally any other pharmacy. It is not possible to do worse.

Had an appointment for a vaccine (not covid). Showed up at my appointment time just to be told they didn’t order it. They told me to call around different CVS stores myself to try and find it or set a new appointment next week. I ended up going to Publix and got it, no appointment. So disappointing CVS!

I wish I could give it 0 stars ... the pharmacy is full of rude employees that don’t seem to want to be bothered .
Can never get through to the pharmacy ...when the phones work I get put on hold for 30 minutes until I’m forced to hang up .
This store need an overhaul from management on down . Can’t wait to transfer my kids prescriptions elsewhere.
Many other friends and neighbors in the area agree.. just close down and we will all go to Publix next door ... at least they smile and answer the phone .
