Great and convinient Pharmacy, employees are friendly. They have a magic gummy that exhilarated my experience with my partner. We had an amazing time! Increased my sensitivity and made my anniversary a night to remember! I will definitely recommend for anniversaries, birthdays, and any special occasion.

My Girlfriend has used this company to deliver her meds. First time they delivered to her old address. We immediately called and made sure they have the correct address. It's been almost 3 weeks now and still no answers as to why the meds have yet to be delivered. Called again this morning to confirm the address is correct which it is and we still haven't received any correspondence from the company. If there is a medical emergency from the negligent handling of her medication our attorney will be in contact. DO NOT USE MEDZ DIRECT if you really depend on your medication. I wouldn't trust them to deliver Tylenol.

When ever I needed them they were there for me, a lot of the bad reviews of from people who most likely lack two simple thing's called patience & understanding, you are not their only customer. I wish there were more pharmacies around like this, they always have my preferred generic in stock and that alone is worth my loyalty not to mention how above and beyond they will go if you are reasonable. Amelia is the kindest and most caring Pharmacist I have interacted with since being in Miami, she deserves a raise to say the least...

Two stars only because of the utility of delivering meds. If you were incapable visiting a pharmacy they are one of your best options. But if you rely on medication like most people do, get your nearest pharmacy and drive or walk. You will spend an hour confirming information for almost every refill, another 30 minutes if you ever need to call them for information, and they won't always call you from the same number so in the era where everyone's ignoring random or unknown spam calls you can be weeks to months late on meds. They have all the signs of business that's understaffed in order to maximize profit.

This is common in South Florida a tragedy.

If you expect your meds to be delivered every 30 days, YOU BETTER CALL THEM AND REMIND THEM! Every single month !

Amelai Yeh, the pharmacist is very unprofessional and clueless. I believe she has a personal bias against patients with Substance Use Disorders. She refused to fill a prescription for Suboxone for a patient of mine even after she was given my active Florida Medical license number and Florida DEA registration. I am board certified in addiction medicine and have a waiver to treat up to 275 patients for Opioid Use Disorder. Her reason when questioned was to repeat over and over that "she has to verify' the prescription". I said you did verify it and I gave you all the legal information that you need...her response "my director of pharmacy told me not to fill it" When I demanded to speak to the director of the pharmacy she hung up the phone on me. By refusing to fill this patient's Rx she and the pharmacy put this patient at risk for relapse and a life threatening overdose. I will be filing a complaint against her and the pharmacy with the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
