Great customers service. very friendly and helpful.

Very poor customer service, the pharmacy manager was incredibly disrespectful, demeaning and down right rude. She did not take responsibility for incorrectly processing my ‘prescription. She also hung up on me… Who in the Customer Service world does that? Perhaps somebody should tell her that she and her business nee customers more than the customers need her. I have already found llanother compounding pharmacy.

This pharmacy has been excellent in the preparation of all my pharmacy needs. Prompt refills and free deliveries. These folks are awesome!!

I wanted to let you know that after MANY years of using your wonderful pharmacy- I just had a HORRIBLE experience with whoever it is that just answered the phone on 4/3 at 12:40 PM. She did not provide her name or position, which is unusual. The FOURTH time she had me spell my name as she couldn’t find it, after I spelled it out again, she sarcastically told me “there is no need for an attitude.” When I asked why she stated that, she became extremely sarcastic and obsequious in her tone of voice. I am still in a state of disbelief. She basically hung up on me, didn’t ask if I wanted one month’s worth (I wanted three), didn’t provide a price, didn’t ask me to authorize payment, none of the normal conversation I have had with your staff. I really have no idea if my meds will even be delivered.

I have NEVER had a negative experience with anyone at your pharmacy, and continued to use your wonderful service even when switching doctor’s offices. Without exception, everyone there has been SO NICE, from the folks on the phone to the person that delivers. I do hope that you can correct her obnoxious and rude behavior ASAP and let me know, because I don’t want to call again and have to speak to her if this is not corrected.

So unpleasant to deal with this place, always takes days to get a prescription and consistently delivered to my business despite having asked for delivery to my home. The woman who answers the phone is beyond rude and accuses me of not taking her calls when there are NO missed calls on my iPhone. It’s really nuts they can have a business with such deplorable customer service. How about a little kindness and courtesy?

Script sent in on Tuesday and i wanted to it pick up asap but they don't allow that so i was advised it would be delivered tomorrow. Did not deliver as promised so I had to find an alternative because i was in so much pain for days. I requested a refund due to their tardiness but they refused. Total waste of time money and aggravation. Go somewhere else!

Great pharmacy, helpful staff.

I have had ongoing outstanding experience with this pharmacy since it has been under new ownership. There are new people who have been extremely friendly and on task with refills and delivery. This pharmacy uses super product and their dispensing systems for creams is awesome. Super easy texting systems now and all new!
