Worst pharmacy customer service in the city . Wait times are astronomical. They don’t even greet you at the drive thru . Why even have two lanes . I’ll be changing pharmacy soon as they are terrible here .

This pharmacy staff must have negative IQ points. It’s the only explanation on why every single time the app says the prescription is ready and I come in I end up having to wait an hour. EVERY TIME!!!! (I have been in the drive thru for an hour and a half and it hasn’t moved , not a single car has moved in 90 minutes….)

If you enjoy always waiting either outside in line in your car or inside at the pharmacy this is your store. Manager called me to give me other options to avoid that but my rx's require me to show up in person, but that still does not address the real issue and chronic issue of having only 1 person staffing a 2 person drive through. Also it is clear upper management within Walgreens corporate do not care to solve this problem as it has been reported many times over many months. However, the staff that do work there have always been very helpful and very pleasant despite being chronically short staffed by their bosses.

"...inadequate staffing posed serious health risks by increasing the chances that workers make mistakes while filling prescriptions or inoculating patients. A survey released last month from the association found that 74 percent of respondents said they did not think they had sufficient time to safely perform patient care and clinical duties."

The employees are nice here so my goal isn’t to bash them at all. However, the pharmacy is SO slow that I would highly recommend going elsewhere to have a prescription filled.

I was waiting in the drive through line for about 40 minutes before going inside, where I waited another 20. Then, I was told my prescription was going to take another hour. I will not be using this location again

Always have a great experience when coming to this location. Employees are friendly and helpful. Being low on staff —yes that is a thing currently —is hard on retail workers they do what they can and it should be recognized.

My Walgreens didn't have the meds I needed so they said to go to this store. I traveled an extra 1/2 hour and the person would not look in the computer to see that I was supposed to get a $40 discount. She said they don't accept manufacturer's coupons which they do at other Walgreens. She didn't want to take the manufacturer's coupon info from me nor would she look to see that I had the discount for the last several months.

I give the store some credit that they had the medicine ready for me when I arrived.

Pre covid this store was the best. NOW THE WORST AND HAS BEEN FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. WHEN U CALL THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE AND CONTINUALLY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD, WHEN THEY RESPOND They are abrupt and mumble their answers in broken English. Half the time they tell you that an important medication is not available and it should be their next Tuesday, Tuesday rolls around and its still not there ask them what you should do, and they tell you your out of luck. Walgreens management should really look into what’s going on in this location. I’m sure that i am not the only customer to be experiencing this at this store..

Have no idea why this store got so low rating, for me looks clean, cashier friendly like it could be for this work. Medical office so so, not so friendly, but it is ok with me.
