Honestly so irresponsible the pharmacist, not very helpful, tried to get off the phone as soon as possible, they lost my fax for my prescription twice and when I called In she wouldn’t even try to help honestly switched pharmacies because this is such a headache
So sad that is so difficult to find people who actually want to do their Job, I literally switched to Walmart and within 20 Min everything was fox and done! Incredible I can’t not stop taking my medicine and CVS acted like did not care

Terrible. Caught in lies about receiving faxed prescriptions. Pharmacist did not seem knowledgeable. When I called (3xs)to check on medication, someone in pharmacy picked up and hung up. Did the same thing to my doctor when she tries to call. Not feeling confident in their abilities to correctly fill prescriptions.

Wish there was a minus 5 star review available. Overall terrible pharmacy. If your meds are important to you or help keep you alive choose another pharmacy.

We witnessed how rude they are with patients and yesterday was our turn. My husband didn't get his refills and the pharmacist said: "according to my calculations come tomorrow". He's refills were due yesterday, 28 days! She didn't check the computer plus it's simple math!!!!

BEWARE! Has to be THE most unprofessional, ignorant, and rude pharmacists I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life. Watched one of their pharmacists MARCH, literally March (comical) outside to move a sign. She yelled at a customer who was sitting in their car through the drive through and MARCHED back inside. The next pharmacist who “helped” me sarcastically asked ME if I saw a sign that they never put up- (the day I went in for a COVID test- while sick as a dog)
I will never, ever use CVS pharmacy or shop in this store ever again. What kind of people/animals are you employing there nowadays? What a joke. I think they need some of the meds they are supplying! Get them some psychological help. Plzzz

My First and more than likely LAST visit. I had an appt for a vaccine booster; I waited over a half hour for the pharmacist to acknowledge me. The area to administer the booster was out in the open and very disorganized. There WAS a curtain there; yet it was as not used so everyone could watch, see and hear the conversation. The pharmacy seemed unprofessional, disorganized and openly discussing patients, Rx and private situations. I went to purchase at the front counter afterwards, only to have the cashier talk me down that I didn’t know what I was doing(?) and proceeded to run around the store discussing my purchases, Rx and vaccine with others. I felt it was an invasion of privacy w/Hippa, too. There was a young man, in there, conversing with this cashier and then running back into the pharmacy gossiping and discussing patients info. Much chaos, drama, disorganized and cluttered. Very uncomfortable!!!

Very rude and unprofessional those people in pharmacy should be fired. Only nice employee was the cashier at the front of the store.

This review is for the quality of the pharmacy staff. Been coming here for 5 years now and the caring pharmacy staff is worthy of my 5-star rating. Consistently friendly and responsive, we cannot seem to get ourselves to go anywhere else. We are at home at this CVS Pharmacy and wish to thank them for doing an excellent job. Keep it up!!!
