rude customer "service" from CVS register employee who didn't want to be bothered with a UPS access point drop off package bc of the size. Maybe don't advertise this establishment as being an access point if you're not interested in actually functioning as one when it isn't convenient.

Something I have noticed lately when I go into a CVS...which I LOVE cause I am a Carepass Member and the deals and rewards are worth the $5 a month.... anyways whenever I enter in the building it's like an alarm goes off and suddenly I'm asked "can I help you find anything?" OK that's nice and I appreciate it... if it was just left at "no im pk, thanks" BUT noooo it has just begun... I am followed from isle to isle...like it's not obvious..?? You just happen to be passing by me or at the end of every single isle I go down. One store even the manager came out of her little cubicle box office located behind the body sprays and stared at me like I've stolen the Hope Diamond and killed Tupac. She then followed behind... pretending to be on her phone .. texting or taking notes or pictures...I don't know.
Sure sometimes I may look like a complete strung out mess in your store..with my dreads and tattoos and I could stand to gain a few pounds BUT don't get it twisted .. I am not ever ever going to steal from a retail store or a person ever. And these tattoos that your judging prolly cost more than your monthly check. ✔️ 😁

The Greenacres location needs new management and a major update. The young man who assisted me this visit was the only person I’ve ever encountered at this location that was personable, friendly and smiling.

The young lady who works at night is very helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond to help customers.

The pharmacists at this CVS are knowledgeable and helpful, and they go out of their way to help you. They will find another form of your prescription that is covered under your insurance. They always explain the medication interactions. I get the Extra Care rewards, and also offers for price savings that are significant. I have saved over $100 this year on Extra Care savings. This is my favorite CVS.

What you'd expect of a CVS. Always great timing on my rx fills and everything else.

The Pharmacist at this location have no good customer service at all. They basically violate the HIPPA LAW and yell out what medications you’re there to pick up. I had the worst experience picking up my daughters medication. If you like to keep your medications private this is not the location to go to.

Di P. Do. Is the most knowledgeable & caring pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has taken wonderful care of me over the years I've known
him, and I am very fortunate to have him as my neighborhood pharmacist. He always provides everyone with 1st. class service. Thank you Di and all your assistants.
