Mark was great ! , he was extremely kind and knowledgeable . He not only saved me a considerable amout of money on a prescription , but also corrected a dosage on another one. I am extremely confident and glad I made the change to Rite Care Pharmacy, a family pharmacy that doesn't just fill prescriptions , they become friends you can trust to care and count on.

Came here after running around town to all the big chain pharmacies, looking for my medication and none of them had it. They “order” it never know when it’s coming. Rite Care Pharmacy took care of that. There, you get fast, personal service. Ehab is so pleasant and professional. This is the kind of pharmacy that doesn’t just treat you like a number. Best service ever! I have never felt so comfortable doing business with anyone more than the gentleman, Mark and Ehab . They are the professionals who do everything possible to assure you that they will be able to get the job done and sooner than you would normally expect. In the time of COVID, they have been willing to help me out by delivering my medications. Thank you so much for everything you do.

Where do I begin. So we've struggled many time to get our prescriptions filled at most CVS and Walgreens with rudeness given to us when they don't have what we need when we get upset because we have to wait a week to get it filled.. Well not Rite Care they will over night it for you. I found Rite Care when they had their grand opening the guys who run it have a heart of gold. Its so nice to walk into a pharmacy and be greeted with a smile and a "How can I help you?". Marc the Pharmacist and Ehab are AMAZING soles.

I have been using my local Publix Grocery store's pharmacy for many years. Recently I submitted a refill request for one of my prescriptions. I have never had a problem and forgot about it until I suddenly realized on a Sunday night I didn't have anymore of that prescription. I was mortified because it's a sleep aid. There was nothing I could do and suffered the consequences. The next day I phoned the pharmacy and was informed that medicine was on backorder and they didn't know when it would be available. I called by doctors office and left a message but never received a callback. A second sleepless night went by. I contacted a pharmacist in the family the next morning and was informed there was no shortage of this medicine. i tried getting in contact with CVS Walgreens and another local drugstore but was unable to get anyone on the phone. Then I called the Rite Care pharmacy conveniently located near my doctors office. A nice gentleman answered my call and told me he had the medicine I was seeking in stock. I left work early that afternoon, stopped at my doctors to have the prescription sent to Rite Care and then drove to the Rite Care location. As soon as I arrived, I recognized the voice of the person helping me was the actual pharmacist and the person that answered my call. Mark Youssef provides great customer service and answers the phone. A little drugstore with old-fashion customer service. Thanks Mark for helping me solve a difficult problem with a smile, professionalism, and great service that is all too rare in this day and time.

Love this pharmacy and the guys that owns it...they put you in the mind of how it use to be done,before all the major chains came into play...we appreciate these guys so very much...really love that homly feel and the caring feel that they have so much of...they make you feel like family....✌👍✌👍😺😸😇😇😇
