Rick is a very knowledgeable, helpful and caring pharmacist. He takes time with his patients and answers all their questions to make sure they understand their treatment fully. The staff are very friendly and respectful. I personally enjoyed my experience with them and highly recommend them.

I will never use this Pharmacy again! David Rick Upson the owner is very unprofessional. I was told that I would have to hire a lawyer to get my money back from the Insurance company. The Insurance company will not except the claim if the ingredients price doesn't match what I paid. Rick was unwilling to work with me so I could get my claim paid. Rick made his money, I wasn't ask to take the money back from him, I was asking to get money back from the Insurance company. This is part of my benefit that I pay for.

They are super friendly! I rather pay them an know that they are there for me instead of paying a huge corporation that can care less about me.

Palm Beach Compounding Pharmacy has wonderful customer service! The staff and pharmacists were so nice and answered all my questions with great detail! I am transferring all of my compounded rx's (& my cat's rx's) to them! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a specialty pharmacy!

Great service, they took time to explain the products. I found a CBD oil that has really helped my Mother with her arthritis. Nice that they have Pet products too!
