Absolutely the worst CVS I have been to! Went to take a Covid test and had to wait 50 mins in line, then on top of that the male pharmacist at the window needs some training, he spoke to me with his back turned and didn't even give instructions on what to do.

The people in the pharmacy do not know what customer service is. They treat you badly, no courtesy at all . The young male pharmacist is so rude. If he does not like to help people, he should be doing something else.

I visited this CVS pharmacy and was helped by an employee named Natasha . The customer service by this employee was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I am puzzled as to why this CVS location would still have her employed and allowed to treat customers in such a manner.

It was a bother and an issue to ring up a few idea's at the pharmacy with my meds. I went up front, waited and in the middle of checking out the cashier just left and went and helped another person, without saying anything! How rude! I understand helping someone but he was in the middle of helping a customer, just walked away. As though I and my purchase didn't matter. He could have asked the other person to please hold on, had someone else help maybe or said hey, would you mind if I helped this person? NOTHING. Come to find it he was the supervisor, of course. I will NEVER go back to this store, ridiculous.

Pharmacist does not seem to know when prescriptions are eligible for refill. They also do a horrible job of letting you know when your prescriptions are available for pick-up. Needs a lot of improvement

This is got to be the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Every time I come here I sit in line at least 30 minutes and no one's in front of me

The pharmacy for the most part gets the job done for me but the smell in the store is disgusting the carpet worse smells like cigarettes and old carpet . Needs renovation asap

If I could rate my a experience a 0, I would have. The experience today was disgusting and disappointing at a lack of better words. I was forced to go to self checkout by an associate who move my things from the front register to self checkout and after getting there the coupon would not scan. I now than had to carry my things back to the original register where I started. When I addressed my dissatisfaction with my expectations not being met and being forced to use self checkout with the store manager she told me that per the corporate office self checkout must be used. She then rolled her eyes and walked away. She had on no badge or name tag. So I was forced to ask her name which she would not provide me. I then called customer service and spoke with S4677883 Erica who tried transferring me to Amy Supervisor but she refused to take call. I urge anyone who seeks customer service not to shop CVS for pharmacy, housekeeping or anything, especially this location which sadly has one of the lowest google reviews I have ever seen for CVS. I always shop CVS for Pharmacy, household even a few grocery items but after today I will be looking for a new pharmacy and avoiding CVS as much as humanly possible.
