The pharmacist there, Jay, is outstanding. He actually took the time to discuss my medications with me and answered all of my questions. I had more than a few, so I really appreciate his attention. Good luck getting the same level of service at the big chains. Can't recommend highly enough.

Best customer service in town, very professional, friendly and reliable. Pharmacist takes time to explain about each medication and one best thing is blister pack which helps to remember medication on timely manner. I would definitely recommend to use this pharmacy.

The best customer service and very professional. My grand mom had issue with getting medications on time. Pharmacist suggested using blister pack which they deliver once a month and now I do not have to worry about anything.

I stumbled across this pharmacy because their pricing beat anyone around. I was unsure of what I was getting into as I usually fill our families prescriptions at the big chain stores. I walked into a very clean and professional environment. The pharmacist, Jay, was so helpful and personal. I was no longer a number, but a person. He works to get you your medication quickly and at the best price. His communication is phenomenal. He even had to step out and knew I was coming so he called me to make sure I would not be waiting on him. This place is like no other and all of our medications are being moved to Pipkin Pharmacy.

It seems like 5 star reviews are watered down anymore. If you get what you pay for with decent customer service, people give a 5 star review. This is one of the few places that actually deserves 5 stars. You get more than you pay for, Jay goes above and beyond every time, and if you need to talk to him, all you have to do is call... the actual pharmacist. The fast food pharmacies are open 24/7 and have a convenient drive thru where they can screw up your order, but Jay is still worth 5 stars even if you have to get out of your car for 3 minutes. Can't stop looking at your phone long enough to get out of your car? No problem, Jay will have it delivered! Have a problem with your meds? No problem again, Jay will actually pick up the phone and try to figure it out for you. No more huffs of annoyance because you need somebody to do their job. It isn't for everybody though. If you want to pay more somewhere else to have somebody treat you like an inconvenience, it wouldn't be the weirdest fetish...

I really can't say enough about Pipkin Pharmacy. I love the one on one contact that I get here. I actually feel like a person instead of a number like other pharmacies. The pharmacist Jay is the best! He gets all of my prescriptions done quickly and if something is out of stock, it's in the next day. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I need. I definitely will not go anywhere else, because their service is unmatched!

This has been by far the best pharmacy i have ever had. Jay the owner has a heart of gold. Customer service has always answered any question i have ask. Looking forward to continuing with Pipkin Pharmacy . they offer excellent delivery and will work around your schedule . Best Pharmacy in town.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. No distractions, just a friendly pharmacist that is there for his patients needs. We switched all of our prescriptions to Pipkin Pharmacy. No more waiting in line.😊
