Just had the most pleasant interaction with Kyra in the pharmacy over the phone. Everyone there and anywhere else should take a look at how this young lady treats and talks to customers. She was able to answer all my questions and resolve my issues with a delightful attitude and willingness to help. Hats off to this young lady. Take care of this employee CVS she made you look good today.

The worst CVS ever! I had to drop off a prescription so I jumped into the drive-through line unfortunately someone broke down things happen and I understand that but I was treated as if I did something wrong due to the fact that I was trying to drop off the script while I was in the drive-through window there was another person in front of me that they serviced but due to the fact that I was standing at the window they couldn’t service me. I was basically shooed away or pushed away without any information on what was going to happen with my child’s prescription. At the end of the day I decided not to fill my prescription at this location they did not care if my daughter got her medication or not. I will never step foot into the CVS ever again!

If I could give 0 star I would! The drop off and drive through person has the worse manners and customer service I have ever experienced! She does not acknowledge clients waiting in line, or lets them know she’ll help them soon. When you ask her something she just complains that she’s by herself. I’ve waited over 30-40 min just to drop off a prescription. Management does not care about this issue, and then you have loke 3 other workers just wondering around. This place needs to change something about this! The pharmacy staff its just awful!

This is has the worst pharmacy (cvs) I've every been too. It takes them literally 10 to 15mins to deal with one customer.

This is the worst, unprofessional, and unorganized pharmacy ever. They give you the run around. This is the worst CVS pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You wait for hours. Nobody was in line but me!!! Its about 5 ladys working!!!!!!!!!!! I would never come back again to this pharmacy!!!

I am only giving one star cause I can’t give none. This place is the worst. The pharmacy staff is son incompetent. I went two different times for medication for my son and after hours waiting on the line the only gave me half of his medications.(i realized cause I checked in the car) When I came back to ask they told me something about the insurance. Meaning if I don’t ask I will still waiting. the first issue with them is that I had to wait two days for a medication and when I called they never even called the doctor. They are the worst. Today is my last time going there for sure. They are slow, rude, and unprofessional. Don’t go there. You are going to regret it.

I wont recommend this cvs they are super Unresponsible I called asking for a prescription and they said it was ready To come pick it up by five I went the next day to pick up my prescription, I spend more than an hour in the drive-through with only three cars in front of me for them to tell me that my prescription wasn't ready and that I had to wait 20 more minutes. That is super unprofessional my prescription should've been ready because I called the day before. I am definitely changing CVS this is super unresponsible and super unprofessional of The people that work there.
