Try going to ANY of the large pharmacies and having any of their staff address you by name when you walk up to the counter. It'll never happen! The staff of the large pharmacies come and go so quickly that they don't have enough time to know each other, much less their customers!
Mr. Fidelis and his staff have brought back the old time values to their 'home town' pharmacy. Where the pharmacy members KNOW their clients and are always happy to take the necessary time to answer any questions or concerns that their clients may have.
Mr. Fidelis came to this country not only to pursue the American dream but I sincerely believe that he had/has a dream to bring back the old time values and relationships between a pharmacist and his clients.
A dream that he is fulfilling each and every day and a dream that IS shared by his staff!
I am very proud of Mr. Fidelis, not only for his pursuit of higher education but also for his choice of becoming an American citizen! With his qualifications he could have gone anywhere!
America NEEDS a LOT MORE men (and women) like Mr. Fidelis AND his staff!!
I have no reservations, none at all in recommending Webb's Square Pharmacy to any and everybody!!
I payed pennies for the same medication at Webb and only waited an hour...so ...I think I found a new place to recommend.
They screwed with my meds every single month and gave me and my family horror repeatedly.
I finally got the bravery to try and change pharmacies when I could no longer put off the next surgery and again that CVSstore at Celebration yelled at me and threatened me, etc. I went through over a week of difficulty, communicating with CVS reps, told I can switch stores and my decade long meds would of course be filled, meeting adversity, being forced to speak with various pharmacists until I called Webb. I literally had to recover from surgery with zero meds because CVS just refused, well manipulatively, to help me. When I was prepping for surgery, I told my surgeon that I was terrified because the pharmacy that I had to go to on the insurance card, would refuse to fill meds. My surgeon was flabbergasted and he assured me that I was wrong and the pharmacy would definitely fill my meds because “they had to”! After suffering through the week of unnecessary post-surgery agony due to the cruel and selfish pharmacists who thought they were more important than my physician’s orders and my post surgical pain and the surgical notes and the notes from my doctor and the actual prescriptions sent upteen times with the notes saying, “Fill prescription today, patient had surgery and …..”. Nothing mattered.
Kindly, when I called Webb Square Pharmacy, the phone was answered. I did not have to wait the usual 30-60+ minutes I had been used to with that awful big chain CVSstore. Somehow, the Webb pharmacist is magical. He single handedly makes every call, takes every call, with no delay and with common decency and care. Magically it seemed after my previous decade of waiting an hour on average, the actual pharmacist got immediately on the phone and addressed me with respect. I was hopeful but scared until my prescriptions were filled, on time, with care, with kindness and love. I still cannot believe how amazing this place is and how amazing this staff is. I actually cried, in gratitude, the first few times I dealt with Webb pharmacy.
If you want a pharmacy that actually cares for you- this is the place!
The pharmacist promised me through my tears and fears from the previous trauma that any prescription my doctor sent would be filled, filled on time and actually thought of and scheduled so my regular meds were there.
I am so so grateful for Webb pharmacy. You guys are so amazing. Thank you for giving an ill person their meds, as prescribed, on a regular basis with love and care.
