Absolutely avoid this pharmacy. The pharmacist (name starts with R) is an horrible, rude person that should not have that job. After months of my prescriptions being 3 weeks to a month late the pharmacist had the nerve to tell me "I'm not doing this every time" and treat me like a criminal because I asked for clarification about what's wrong with my medication. I had never spoken with this pharmacist prior to this day.... Being told your prescription (that is necessary to your well being, that's why its prescribed by a doctor) is on backorder FOR MONTHS, and they do NOT do anything to help. Shows the type of business they run. Just trying to rack up insurance money...

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever had to deal with. If it wasn’t for my insurance I would never deal with any Walgreens PERIOD! But this one by far is the very worst. I requested a refill on one of scripts. I got a few calls (I’d say 3) of them saying they had to contact my provider for a refill and nothing after that. I called today to check on it bc Ive been out of it and they said “you have no more refills” and I explained to them I was under the impression they were contacting my doctor bc that’s what was said the many times they called me. He then says “best thing you can do is contact your doctor yourself” WHAT?! Then don’t tell me you are already doing that THREE DIFF TIMES!

Flora in the pharmacy was amazing. She had me in and out in 5 min. Smiles, great customer service.
Robert up front was a totally different story. What a waste of space.i got 2-12 packs of soda after looking at the wrong sign.(2 for 7.99)
Did Robert mention anything? Nope he rang them in 2 for 16 bucks.
That's not the issue, the issue was they were 3-12 packs for 10.99.
Yeah, 2 for 16 or 2 for 10.99.
I hate people that intentionally try and rip you off.
It was his immediate response that I could tell he already knew about the sale.

Tried to call to ask a question about PCR testing. Person kept picking up the phone and putting it back on hold for over an hour. So I walked to Walgreens, as I waited for the completed get done joking around, the woman finally asks what I need and tells me to call Walgreens as she can’t do anything IN THE STORE. What?!?!?!

Trying to print out a document for school that I needed for tonight and I get a confirmation to pick it up. I go in, the lady in photo is trying to find it, some guy walks up to me and says “oh, yeah no it’s not here because our printer isn’t working. Like you see it on the computer it’s not a fulfilled order.” Then why would I get a confirmation? He was so rude and u helpful.

Worst service I have ever received. Every worker, (Pharmacist included), was very rude and seemed to rush the entire process. There was no greeting or smiles. When I attempted to make contact over the phone I was put on hold 4x without anyone even stating “please hold.” Unfortunately I have to use this location while I am visiting Florida, but I will make it known to everyone that the service at this location is very poor and they are better off going somewhere else. Very disappointing 😡

Long story short, they are rude. One of them lies and they could care less about your business. So who ever does your hiring, hmmm Iight rethink that. Oh Oscar from the night before was great
