This place is awful. Called their customer service. Confirmed a rental. Went to the location and they didn’t have the car we reserved. The woman was so rude. Told us to call customer service back and tell them to come down there and show her where the car we rented was. No need to be so rude on a Monday morning.

I had an appointment to pick up the car.. when I got there at the exact appointment time, there was noone there.
It was completely empty and there was a card board clock which said they'd be back in 20 minutes. Car was very dirty inside and out and it smelled. It was so gross I actually brought it to a car wash. On the second day I had the car, it would not start up. I had to have someone with jumper cables start it. The car was also not well kept. When you start it up, you immediately see a light that says its time to bring it in for routine service. Worst car rental experience i have ever had.

Grey haired woman behind counter was awful. I prepaid my rental using a cc with my husbands name on it which of course didn’t match my drivers license. As we rushed to the Portland Airport because my 93 yo father took a bad turn, catching the next flight back to FL my husband gave me his cc to keep track of my expenses. To clarify, I used the exact IDs in Orlando Airport when I picked up my first rental - no problem. This woman gave me the hairy eyeball as soon as I walked in, I guess she did like the look of me? I did have a mask on so maybe that was it. My Dad tested positive for Covid and I was trying to protect others since I was exposed.
She had NO customer service no how. I now know it wasn’t just me. As I waited I watched her being rude to another older lady as well. Usually rent from Hertz and I will in the future. No more AVIS in Vero or anywhere else!

Super unfriendly and customer service not given. Had a problem with my credit card (magnetic stripe not working, only the chip) and I couldn’t pick up my car which I already prepaid for.

Worst customer service experience. We got there at 4:40 pm (it said it closes at 5) and pur reservation was at 4:30. The associate who treated us very rudely did not want to give us our car because by 5 she had to be “out that door”. Poor service and the worst customer service experience we had at a rental.

Excellent service, car was ready and clean, I was able to use the app to locate the car and got a qr code to depart the airport.

This has to be the absolute worse car rental location below the Mason - Dixon line. The customer service is buried so below subpar, that its non existence. December 1, I made several calls to contact local branch for an explanation of charges. For 3 whole days no one at the local branch answered. Contacted the billing department December 4, systems were updating. Drove 60+ miles one way to the local branch. The one representative present could not provide an explanation for the additional charges. She called the manager and explained the situation. The manager had the audacity to tell the representative, to tell me to come back Monday, December 6. Not even, get the customer's RA and contact information and I'll be in contact with him/her on Monday. However, I did leave my contact information along with my RA with the representative and still have not received a call from management. That's utterly ridiculous ! ! !

When picking up my rental the employee here took a picture of my credit card and drivers license with her personal phone and told me she will send it over to her boss. It just didn’t sit well with me that my personal information will be in her phone whoever else phone, I also let her know how I felt regarding the situation. I never use the card on file however I just noticed a payment to my card on file, and now I’m wondering what was the reason for taking a picture of my other credit card that I wanted it to be charged to if they were going to use the one on file. I also had to wait 20 minutes till she got a callback saying everything was OK. This isn’t my Rodeo renting cars but this Location didn’t sit well with me.
