Enterprise Rent-A-Car

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
This store TOTALY took advantage of my 74 year old Mom!! They offered her their insurance, which she signed off that she did NOT want, then they went back and charged her for the coverage. They say she agreed verbally later, but have no proof of it, only their word. The only signature on file is her declining the coverage. Now when she called them on it, they refused to refund her the overcharges. This is bad business if you ask me!

The gentlemen that helped me in this location were very helpful and accommodating. I had to push a reservation forward a day and they gave me no problems accommodating that request. I also had no issue turning in the car early when my mechanic called to tell me my personal car was ready. I would recommend this location as the people that work here display great customer service.

The poorest experience with rentals in my life. First location tried to give me a camry that had steel showing in the front tires. Then switches me into a spark with two leaking tires that don't hold air. Customer service says to call back and check for a switch vehicle or take it to service. How about your provide customer service and inspect your vehicle and protect their safety.

Great staff. Very helpful. They drove me from the body shop to their location to get my rental. Easy, reasonably priced.

The worst experience I’ve ever had on renting a car filthy dirty two front tires bald could not give me another car cause they didn’t have one absolutely ridiculous I had to drive that car for a week and I’m very disappointed and very upset. I would not recommend this to anybody. I really would like somebody to contact me because I’m very disappointed.

There were some hiccups with the pick-up but customer svc made up for that, as I was compensated for any inconvenience. Good experience overall, they make sure the customer is satisfied. Thanks guys.

The service was phenomenal. All the staff was friendly me made me valued. They went the extra mile for me and I’m grateful. Please recognize them because they changed my opinion on renting from Enterprise. Great Team!!!

Def poor customer service, not helpful at all….you would’ve think that renting cars is their goal- rather than having everyone going on lunch while having unattended customers in their lobby.
