They had me wait there 2 hours saying that they will help me and turn me down for a car a waste of my time and there I hate them never using again

They take 30 mins per customer then other 10 behind the desk with a full line. Even if you have a reservation.
Save your time get a Uhaul

They always provide a great service IF YOU TAKE THE TIME to do your reservation.

My daughter and myself wanted to travel to Miami from Orlando. We had just rented a car in March and had a great experience. On this visit we were informed that if we renter the car that besides the amount we had to pay for the rental. That we would have to pay a $350 drop off fee also. Which is ridiculous. I was not charged a drop off fee in March . The vehicle that was also rented to us was damaged.

Slow staff, waited 45 minutes to be told they do not have the car I requested then required a credit card for a different car which I did not have. Ruined an trip planned months in advance. Use Turo instead or anything but this place!!!

Went at 7 AM when this Budget Opened and waited 15 minutes before someone appeared in front desk to help me unfortunately they did not rent me a vehicle and run all my plans which cause me to delay & Cancel all my errands agenda. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Won't be renting here ever again. !!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Reserved a truck two weeks in advance, was canceled the day before with no resolution. Then was charged a $75 no show fee days later. Office staff was unhelpful and it takes 5-7 days to get reimbursed through the 1-800 number. Received no explanation for why we were charged the no show fee when they canceled us and did not have the vehicle we reserved 2 weeks in advance. Management is not helpful and again no explanation of the situation or actual customer service.

They rented my truck out to someone else because they felt like it. They had my correct number but just didnt call me. DONT use this place.
