it's terrible
they make you wait like 4-5 hours and they're excuse is traffic !
ive learned this from past experiences and trust me the public bus or your car or even walking is 100 times better than riding with these people

Worst service ever. They make you wait for 1 hour or 2 hour to get picked up. They are so greedy they keep adding patients we spent hours in the van driving around picking up patients. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYBODY

They are the most unprofessional people I ever dealt with...They are always 2-3 hours late and let me late for the Dr appointment .Don't even mention picking me back up.I sat in the Dr office until it closes and still has to wait some more outside.In the age of GPS they claim that they were lost.The same place that they dropped me off earlier

The worst possible transportation services. My facility has worked with this company and they constantly picked up patients late or demanded that pts end their treatment sessions early because the drivers don't know how a schedule works. Patients didn't get the care they need because of this terrible company. And the customer service is not any better, because good luck getting through to anyone much less getting your issue resolved.

The drivers that transported my 82 year old mother from the hospital to her home which is only15 minutes from her home took her 45 minutes farther from her home . She told them where to go and they ignored her. Left her in the van for almost an hour without air conditioning and when my mother try to ask them when they were leaving they told her to shut the hell up. When they got in the road she asked them where they were taking her they told her to shut up again and turned they radio up. No respect for the elderly that are sick. The drivers of the vehicle should be fired. My mother didn't get homehome till 10pm and they left the hospital almost2 hours prior to her getting home on a stretcher. Bumped her around like they didn't care. Very ruff. Would never recommend this company .

This service was supposed to pick up my husband at 8:30 am today. It's 1:43 pm now and he's still waiting to be picked up. We had to reschedule his medical appointment for 2 pm and it looks like he'll miss it. When I called they couldn't or wouldn't tell me why the delay.

This is the worse transportation company. My 80 year old mom needs to travel with them twice a week, and every time they make her wait an hour or more from their supposed/scheduled arrival time. They are constantly late. I've been dealing with this issue with them for over a year now with no positive outcome. Spoken to several supervisors, and nobody seems to care. Very unprofessional, and plain upsetting.
