This place is a scam. The middle aged guy at the counter added random items to our reservation ($90 extra), assuring us that they will be automatically removed upon returning the car, and now we have to call Avis to remove them. He even pressured us to “trust him” and purchase this and that. DO NOT TRUST HIM. Make sure you have him remove everything you don’t need from your printed reservation.

Show up on time of reservation but car is not ready to be picked up. Had to wait for over an hour.
Not the fault of the local employees obviously, they were really nice and accommodating, but Avis in general.

Have used avis for decades and have never had a bad experience. Always clean cars and always fully functional. But unfortunately they have changed things up and my corporation has told us to stop using them. Not sure what they did to make my company unhappy but I will miss you avis.

Poor service, staff was unprepared for reservations. I don’t understand why we waited so long when you knew we were coming because we had a reservation! Then the staff asked us to wait 10 minutes, but every 10 minutes was actually 30 plus minutes. A close to accurate wait time is appropriate and appreciated because we are renting the car to stay on time for events we needed the car for!!

Read the reviews on google before coming and got really skeptical about this place. I even accounted for extra hour to avoid conflict with the next planned event on my itinerary. I reserved a car for 8:30am, arrived at 8:40, was able to leave the parking lot by 8:50am or so. Highly recommend! Super smooth process. They gave me the car i reserved. The lady working is friendly and knows how to do her job well. I have been to many avis, as a preferred plus member, she has one of the best customer service i encountered at avis.

Awful experience don't make any maintenance to their cars
3 cars pure junk no engine oil no water no anti freez liquid awful smell.
Waste hole day from office to office changing car and all 3 they changed have same problems. poor maintenance.

First thing I want to say is that the person at the desk was trying to be very helpful. Unfortunately the Avis system would not accept my credit card. Even though I had used the credit card to reserve a lyft to the Hilton and I used it at a restaurant afterwards. But Avis at this hotel would not accept it. They tried to scan it many times but it didn't work. Addition to scanning. If they also try to key the numbers in. It's still didn't work. They also tried my debit card. It didn't work either. And yet still it worked at a restaurant and at Lyft. So I don't know what's going on but it makes for an unacceptable experience.
