Enterprise Rent-A-Car

WORST PLACE TO RENT A CAR!!! The Manager has to be one of the most obnoxious, rude, power tripped individuals ive EVER come across in my 33 years of interacting with society. As seen in the pictures this is the car BEFORE i accepted the (reserved) rental STAINED SEATS, CURB RASH (THE TIRE WAS STILL YELLOW!!!!! HAHA) SCRATCHES ON THE SKIRT WHERE THEY HOPPED THE CURB, AND A VERY BAD SMELL.. During the walk around i tell who i thought was just a worker (until i started asking for a manger to this guy slamming the rental car doors yelling at me: "I am the Manager" and how IM being unreasonable and for THAT now im "refused" business) having a really bad day. He refused service over pointing out the damage!!!!! They made me go to a completely diffrent Enterprise (ignoring a great oppurtunity to use their slogan by picking me up) making me also pay MORE for a diffrent rental AND i had to Uber there!!!!! Called Corporate and was ASSURED that for THIS the owner would call me (STILL WAITING!!!!). Guys repeat after me: SIXT, HERTZ, ALAMO, THRIFTY, BUDGET, NATIONAL, AND MANY MORE. There are options and you guys are no longer one of mine. BUYER BEWARE. Enterprise tries to stick you with cleaning fees.

I arrived with my daughter and we were greeted by the most cheerful young lady. Her name was Brittany. She helped us immediately. She created a rapport explained the rental process, & upgraded the vehicle because the one I chose was not in stock. I needed to extend my rental and she was just as pleasant and efficient on the phone. When I returned she and the gentleman welcomed me. I briefly waited my turn and was promptly assisted by her again. Now I came there 4 days earlier in a Lyft. She remembered that and offered me a ride home. The older gentleman that took me home was so kind. We chatted on the way he thanked me on behalf of Enterprise and waited for me to get in my door. All the services I received was excellent. Thank you Enterprise for having such great service, great people under your employ, and beautiful vehicles.

This enterprise location had friendly and efficient staff that can get you set up within minutes. They are easy to deal with, they work hard..and are very much fun and respectful. I love going here when I need to rent a car.

Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a auto rental facility Young lady who picked me up to get the rental could not have been less interesting and drove me (swiftly) to the facility in a piece of junk car that was absolutely totally unexceptional. I’ll chalk this one up to never again. I did not get the automobile enemy though it was free. Tells you just how bad it was.

The customer service team was fantastic. Hayley was super efficient, professional and courteous. The driver to take us back was very accommodating and friendly. Fantastic team 5 stars to all!

Horrible service! I wish I could give 0 stars! Enterprise scams you by allowing you to book a reservation online for cars that aren't available. One location called us a WEEK after making the reservation to let us know they didn't have the vehicle. Now we're rushing to secure a vehicle large enough for a company outing that is two days away. We decided to try this lantana location to make a reservation. I was transferred to their "reservation department" aka some national service line. After spending 10 minutes on the phone the service line confirmed that I would 100% have access to the vehicle I requested and reserved. I decided to call the Lantana location again just to double check that our reservation and vehicle were secured. I'm glad I did because the lady at the front desk told me they would NEVER have access to the vehicle I reserved because they are too small of a branch or something. While I was trying to process a solution and see what other vehicles they could have SHE JUST HUNG UP ON ME. Complete waste of my time. Horrible customer service.

The manager and another employee at this location are scam artists. We dropped the vehicle off in perfect condition and one of the obese employees stepped on the floor board and broke a piece of the plastic off and tried to claim it was us. We watched them laughing through the window as we drove off unaware that the joke is on their sorry sad lives. We will not be using this business again and will spread the word that it is being run by two scammers with nothing better to do than steal from good people.
