Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very upset with there customer service! We received a vehicle and a cop ran the plates and it has a cancelled not expired but cancelled registration! The cop said the vehicle was not drivable and to park it. Called enterprise and they came and got the car but did not bring a replacement. I was told it would take 4-6 hours. 8 hours later still no car, called and after 2 hours trying to get this resolved they cancelled the contract due to picking up the car. Now they state I have to go to a branch and get a vehicle, all nearest branches are closed, and now I don’t have a vehicle at all.

The staff at the Fernandina Beach location are courteous; however, reserving a car online and actually getting what you requested is a different matter plus no consideration is made price wise for their mistake

I was amazed at how friendly everyone was here! We rented from here for two weeks while my car was being fixed. While the rental was covered by insurance, so I can’t speak much on the price, the experience itself was very pleasant. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in need of a rental again in the future.

Absolutely the best car rental experience. The manager was on top of each rental. We were in need of a rental after a rear end wreck and the manager helped us work with the insurance adjuster. Super clean. All staff were friendly and professional. A top location. Love the family atmosphere.

I needed a car for at least a week. Enterprise not only called to check on how things were going after my first day, they also extended my rental for 2 days with short notice on my part. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and polite! The Fernandina Beach office has excellent customer service!

My car broke down and then the need for help enterprise enterprise came and picked me up was very nice very professional and that's the place I'll be using for the rest of my life Keep up the good work The best rental place I've ever rented a car from

My experience with Enterprise has been good. Although, we travel all over the USA, we've been particularly impressed with the one b Amelia Island, FL. Typically have the vehicle we ask for and if they don't they're find an upgrade for very close to the sane price if not the same price. Reasonable prices and great service! What more could you ask for these days.

Very professional and helpful.I got the SUV I wanted for comfort for my driving 700 miles. Office staff by far the best I have dealt with over my 46 years of renting cars for my business use.
