Budget at Doubletree Disney was the best. I didn't know what to expect but there were three employees at a small desk just inside the hotel entrance, they were all upbeat and happy, no line, they gave me an upgrade and put me in a much better car while I was already paying an incredibly low rate. BTW, I had flown into Orlando airport and took a ride to this location because it cost me over $250 less than if I would have rented directly from the airport. The entire experience was easy, positive, and I would come back again. The staff was incredible and car was great.

I rented a car from Budget at 2305 Hotel plaza Blvd, Orlando fl 32830. They are a scam. An additional charge was added to my bill when I returned the car, I queried it and it was taken off, the lady said it was mistakenly added to my account and it was meant for someone else. Surprising something else was added to my bill when it eventually arrived by email.

Updating the review because I have been promised that the amount will be deducted from my bill.

After many years renting from Alamo, we switched to Budget this year due to the much lower rental cost. We were very very pleasantly surprised. The car was in outstanding condition and provided amazing value for money. Overall, we had a great experience renting from Budget and will certainly do so again in the future!

We were given a car that absolutely reeked of cigarettes despite Budget's claim to be "100% smoke-free". When we got the car we had somewhere to be so we didn't have time to go switch it out, so we drove with the windows down to try to escape the stench. When we returned the car and told the salesperson, he was rude, unapologetic and told us that we should've told him when we got the car. Why are you even renting a car that smells like cigarettes? It's so disgusting and unprofessional. He didn't offer any kind of discount or even an apology. Terrible customer service and terrible quality of the car we were given.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Tracy at Budget Rental has gone above and beyond to care and problem solve for me over the past 2 months. She is not only an amazing rep, but also an advocate for Budget clients. I’ve rented from this location for the past 2 months and have enjoyed whenever I had to come back to renew my rental. Having attached to Hilton, it’s also a relaxing atmosphere while you wait too. Tracy has been personable and profession and incredibly efficient and smart in problem solving. Budget is lucky to have her. Will highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful and vehicle was upgraded at no charge. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because we had to wait about 30 minutes for a car to become available since they ran out even though I had reserved in advance.

I came to Orlando for a conference and rented a car at the airport. Budget employee, Ka***m, at the airport was very rude and dishonest. He tried to sell as many options as possible and lied to me that I can’t use my personal insurance in Florida. After the conference was over, I came to this Budget rental location and Jeremy helped me to remove some of unnecessary options and gave me a phone number to resolve other problems. Thanks Jeremy for your help.

Been waiting 1.5 hours to get my reserved car. Originally corporate told me they would pick us up, but when they hadn't called us 5 minutes before the scheduled time, I called again and was told by the actual location they stopped this service during the pandemic- but the corporate rep who booked us told us they would be picking us up. 1 SLOW guy working behind the counter taking at least 15-20 minutes per customer (there were 8 in line when our Uber dropped us off). When we finally got to him, all of the cars were taken and they wanted to upcharge us $15 for an Expedition. Awful experience- do not go!!
