The car reeked of smoke and the rear drivers-side tire was showing low pressure at pick up. When the staff was asked about this, they stated that the car had just come from the airport and they had not had a chance to check it yet. They offered another vehicle, but after waiting in line for 20 minutes to process (at 930am), there was no time to wait around. Then, when the first leg of my flight was cancelled in Orlando, they wanted $100+ for me to be able to drive the car to Ft. Lauderale Airport so I could make my connection. On top of that, very long wait times for customer service on the phone to even get an answer about the extra fee. I usually don't rent a car when in Orlando but there is no chance I go back to Budget.

This Budget location was extremely accommodating even though they didn't have the vehicle we originally reserved. They worked with us to get something that was comparable and we were on our way. Thank you for helping make our vacation in FL awesome.

First, they did not have the truck we requested. Service was slow and unfriendly. Manager served us, did not listen, and when we needed to make changes we were told that he had already processed the rental and any changes would result in us needing to rebook, and pay extra for the alternative vehicle (since they did not have the one we wanted originally). Definitely will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

Mary was awesome!!!!! We had major issues with our first rental car to the point where we couldn’t drive it but we’re able to make it to this budget location. Mary helped us get a new car that was amazing and much better than the lemon we got. It took less than 5 minutes and we were on the road again and enjoying our vacation! Thank you, Mary!!!!

We did not have a great experience with this rental service. First of all we could not even find the location, the GPS will take you on a wild chase through old town. When we arrived check-in was simple enough, and we were in a hurry in addition to our car being the only one they had left we had to take what we reserved. The car itself was a 2021 Corolla, but it was dirty, smelled like smoke on the inside, and all of the electronics were in Spanish. The outside of the car appeared as though it has been through a lot with big scratches and dents. The car was extremely loud on the road, had no windshield wiper fluid and it appeared as though general maintenance was not being performed as the car had multiple service warnings our entire rental. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed with our experience.

I received my vehicle with 3/4 of a tank and even though I filled it back to 3/4, I was charged $44 for fuel service. I have no doubt this is how they scam people out of more money, since there is no way to accurately determined how full the vehicle is without filling it completely.

My reservation was for 5:30 and I have plans with my family. Stop by 3 hrs before, and they provide my rental before my reservation time. Service was fast and I even was expected a very low tier car, but when the attendant told me you car is on spot 14, I took a look and it was a small SUV or cross over vehicle. I was, " are you sure?"
