I have always had a great experience with Alamo, they always have great rates and great customer service however this location did not live up to Alamo expectations. The check-in process was okay and the customer service was pretty standard but when it came to the actual rental vehicle that's what made me write this review. They gave me and my husband a dodge caravan that was absolutely filthy. They did not at all detail the car on the inside and that left us very disappointed. I took some pictures while I was trying to clean it up myself and to tell you the truth I was disgusted, how can they give vehicles out like this to customers. I basically had to detail the van myself because I would not let my children in this vehicle and in those conditions. There was hair everywhere, stains on the seats, dry food, etc. I will never rent from this location ever again, and you would think since it was in Disney that it would be decent but it's not the case.

The only saving grace for Alamo was the friendliness of the pick up driver at Disney World and the car was nice. The major issues were 1. There was no one at the front desk when I came to pick up my car. I had to search around to find someone. 2. When I had to extend my rental 1 1/2 days, the cost was nearly three fold my original two day rental and collectively cost just over $600. The phone rep was short and not friendly. When looking at a the same rental on Alamo's website for a week, the total cost was $311. They definitely took advantage of a guy who was in a crunch and scalp the price. Book your rental and don't change it people if you do book with Alamo. Personally, I won't use them again.

The visit to get a rental car was very simple and easy. The building was very easy to find and the van with a car seat was ready for pick up. The Dodge Caravan we got was literally brand new. Even returning the vehicle at the airport was simple. Everyone was very nice, polite, and helpful. We ran short of time so we had to apologize about the gas being refilled. No problem he said, I'll waive the fee and have a safe flight. Thx!

Very good experience at this location. Car was new and good. They even have shuttle pickup service from Disney hotels if you schedule it.

Never had a problem before but this time I had a car with a problem & it took 4 hours to resolve to get a swap out. Current fleet are high milers at MCO in Full Size SUV

Had to change a faulty car that I’d picked up at Orlando airport today, was there at opening time and out in 10 mins. Great helpful service from Alan.

The Chrysler Pacifica was a dream! So much so that my daughter and son-in-law are thinking of buying one for their next vehicle. And the customer service at the Alamo counter was outstanding. The whole experience was great!
