Hertz Car Rental - Orlando, Lake Buena Vista - Wyndham Lake Buena Vista HLE

The WORST EVER! had a reservation at 11 a.m. and were told it would take another hour, maybe two. Would be called back. Never happened. So we called back 4 hours later. They might have one. Headed back and no one there. Called again - no one answered. Called another line and talked TO THE SAME guy that just didn't pick up the phone we called before which carried our number. Coincidence?
He said, he would need about 25 more minutes...stuck in traffic he said. Well,we just came through this not so very heavy traffic and we made it in time. Thanks for a ruined vacation. Never ever again with Hertz

Yes just like in another post, the Hertz rental location at the Wyndham hotel is closed. Booked from Hertz to drop off car at Disney hotel, that is not possible the return location HLE is not on Disney property and when you show up there to tell them the Wyndham location is closed, a quick oh yeah sorry is what you get. Never will rent from Hertz again.

Dropped off on a Saturday when it was closed, got a call Monday that my car was overdue. When I called they said since they were closed Saturday and Sunday it would be adjusted and no extra charges were applied. I did have to search a little for the drop box as it wasn’t where the sign said it was.

Dropped my car off just fine. I was worried that the location was closed because of other reviews, but they were there and the drop off was easy.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I arrived at 4:15 there was a sign on the desk with a phone number that doesn’t work (I had been calling it all day) that they would be back soon. LIES!! They never returned to the desk, I stood there until 5:45 and no one came. The worst part is I rent the vehicle through the company. I called the corporate office to see if they could help-all they told me was you could go to the airport-I asked how do I get there if I don’t have a CAR?! Will Hertz pay for the Uber?-they tell me NOPE! Don’t even bother wasting your time renting a car from here because chances are you’ll never get to.

this place is closed. i came here to return the car, but the office is nowhere to be found. according to the hotel, this place is permanently closed. what a shame hertz system still shows this place as a valid hertz branch.

I would give this place zero stars just like others would have. Dropped off my car on 1-6-2023 just as I was supposed to and as of today Hertz is still calling saying my rental is overdue. This was a Friday night and the branch was to be closed until Monday. Phone number doesn’t work and Hertz customer service requires the branch to close the rental contract before anything can get done. What a joke. Never ever renting with Hertz again.
