Rented the 2019 Prius Prime to show my husband the great gas mileage it gets. Rental department didn't plug it in & charge it prior to pick up & didn't include the plug for me to do it. This causes the car to get mediocre gas mileage- 50 mpg rather than the 75 plus mpg it gets on a full charge. Wasn't really happy with that service- they don't know how to handle their own cars apparently.
