I originally booked for three nights. When I got to the room the curtains were disgusting, sheets has stains on them, wall was peeling and the shower only had cold water! It was late about 4am so I ignored it and went to bed and woke up all of my things were soaking wet. The AC was leaking and my room was flooded. I had to walk through a puddle to get out my room. The staff was really nice and accommodating when I told them. This is not like a regular Days Inn at all.

Rooms were dirty. Visable mildew on curtains, hair on the walls and in the tub inn the bathroom. Bathrooms didn't have any toiletries, not even hand soap. Outlets are all super wobbly and the lights flickered whenever I tried to plug something in. No fridge in the room and the ice machine doesn't work either. The deadbolt doesn't work so there is no additional lock. Had someone walk into my room at 9:30 at night. No luggage rack or place to put a suitcase. Wifi also doesn't work.

Worst customer service in the world. The gentleman at the front desk is very rude, demeaning, disrespectful, and should not be working in customer service. He should be fired for treating people the way he does. Especially the elderly. I booked a last minute late night reservation through hotel tonight because my elderly mothers flight was cancelled till the morning. I did not want her sleeping at the airport because of her health so she went over to the hotel. When she got there the gentleman said that she could not stay unless she had a credit card with $50 for a security deposit. He did not advise that she could give a valid card with $50USD which is clearly stated on the hotel policy. She told him that she can give him cash, tap to pay, or a credit card over the phone. He was very rude and said if you don’t have I will cancel. She told him not to cancel and called me right away to ask if she could use my card. When she went back to him literally 1 minute later he said it was too late and that he cancelled the reservation and that she could not stay. Nobody told him to cancel. You don’t treat people like that. Especially and elderly woman and leave her on the street at midnight. There was already a paid reservation. He should not have taken it upon himself to just cancel it right away with out waiting and giving the customer a chance to find a solution. He humiliated her and left her with nowhere to go. She asked him if he could call a cab or at least give her a number for a cab and he was rude and refused. She asked him for his name several times and he refused to give any name. I told her that since he did not want to identify himself to take a picture of him. He then started telling her that he was going to sue her for taking a picture of him. I later called back to leave a message for the manager and it was the same gentleman that picked up the phone. I was able to get his name at the time which he said it’s Arnold. Not sure if it’s his real name or not. I don’t know if he is racist because my mother did not speak English well or maybe it’s because she is elderly but she left there feeling discriminated against and violated after the way she was treated there. She called me and left distraught and crying because of this. This is not the way to treat people. I left a message for the general manager and hope that he returns my call.

… lord have mercy 🤦🏻‍♀️ we checked out 3,5hrs before the “checkout “ time because we could not stay in that room for more than that… I honestly did not want to touch anything inside the room or bathroom. Towels were disgustingly dirty so i used them as shower mats because i didn’t want to step in that shower barefoot,-nor to dry myself off with them.
Walls are mouldy and pealing off. Floor dirty. Bathroom full of hair (everywhere) and it wasn’t my hair…
Never ever again! Especially not for that price! Oh and shuttle to airport in morning (it is promised that it comes every hour which is fine) but spaces available on the bus are not guaranteed!
I wish i took photos of the place but I forgot…i just wanted to get out of there.

I would not recommend this place at all the front desk representative was very nice however the room is very tiny a smell like mold the the buttons on the AC machine were broken so I couldn't adjust the temperature so I just happened to unplug it the TV did not work the mattress is so old that I fell in the middle of it it's not firm at all. I asked the front desk representative if he had more sheets he said no unfortunately he does not have access to them so I have to wait until housekeeping comes in at 8 AM Next I asked what about the maintenance guy well that also can't be resolved until 8 AM. I only needed this hotel for the Day until my cruise ship leaves the next day So I shouldn't be too upset the only reason why I'm upset is for what they charged me to stay in this dump. So at the end I end up getting a 20% discount for my room and now I have to wait until 11 AM when someone checks out if someone checks out to get a new one because he couldn't give me a new room due to the fact that they were already sold out and he had to tell 3 people that they were not gonna get a room please please even if you are desperate do not book here

The staff was very nice and you get a free shuttle to the airport or maimi port. My room was actually better then I'd thought it would be considering the reviews. However there was what seemed to be an ant hill in our bathroom. There were also ants crawling about. I Def wouldn't recommend getting in the pool the bottom is filthy and I doubt it gets maintenance on the regular. Phone didn't work either... But the beds were clean and the towels were clean too. I mean for a night it was ok but I wouldn't stay any longer than that ! Definitely not worth the $150 Either ! Easy $60 a night place. Overall rate 3 stars for effort!!

Woke up to roaches attacking my flip flops. Poor condition need up grades. Shut it down in remodel. This is new age not 1980, sad I had to shake my suitcase out. In to think the lobby need upgrading too. I want a refund for this horrible night I slept. I am glad no children was with me. I would rather sleep in my car. I know what roaches do in my house gets exterminated plenty of times.

This was the worst hotel/motel in the Wyndham Group I've ever stayed at, especially at the price of $450,- for 2 nights. Though the Art Basel event probably jacked those prices. The place is severely run down and gives an overall unsafe feeling. There are barely any power sockets and the only one that worked was in the bathroom. The safe in my room didn't work. The TV only received 1 channel in bad distortion. The shower water was lukewarm at best. The walls are thin and lets you hear everything the neighbors say (doesn't help if the people next door are having a family reunion inside). The only good thing was the staff who were nice, funny and helpful enough to store my valuables as my safe didn't work. I know Days Inn aren't meant to be fabulous to stay at but I thought they had minimum standards. I ended up checking out early as I couldn't bear it any longer.
