Never again! I ran over a nail with my rental car. Took it to a repair shop to have it plugged. It could not be repaired due to the location of the nail. They said all the tires on the vehicle had no tread and it was unsafe to drive. I returned the car and they exchanged it no problem. A few months later, I get a bill in the mail for over $600 to replace not one but TWO tires. Insane that I have to replace even one zero tread tire, much less two.

A very poor experience with this Sixt. Rented a Camry, which I drove from Miami. Noticed that the airbags for the passenger seats were switched off. Car also had very shaky brakes when I tried to brake at high speeds (mind you it was raining heavily when I had the car). When I came to drop-off the car, customer service was extremely rude. Told them about the airbags, they said they could be switched on but it did not seem like they were able to do it. When I told them about the brakes, they took the car for 5 minute drive around the corner. Came back saying the brakes are fine. Even if the car is fine (which it was not), you can be nice about it. Never using Sixt again.

I stopped by this location last week, as I am in a rental with a different company currently. I came in and was greeted by Lauren. I asked several questions about renting long term. She was very friendly and seemed to love what she does. She took me to the lot to show me possible options. Hands down best customer service I've received in awhile. Kudos Sixt, I look forward to renting next month.

Quick service, nice car, best bang for the buck. I recommend using the app, check-in early and select your car. Make it even faster and you get the vehicle you want and can upgrade for less than the original price when you book. Employees in Orlando location are helpful. Make sure you know if your picking up from Terminal A or B.

Having previously rented from this Sixt centre in the past I was very pleased to find the exact same high levels of customer service on my most recent visit. Fady, Jerome and Lauren all provided the best customer service, taking their time to explain every aspect of my car rental agreement. Jerome kindly advised of a complimentary upgrade to our vehicle which really enhanced our vacation experience! Collection and drop-off were simple and the car was excellent!

Overall I had a good experience however there were a couple of hiccups. After I get in the car to pull off a light pops on saying the remote battery is low mind you this is a push button. I go back in side to ask if they cam switch batteries or give me a different set. It took 20 plus min to find another option employee apologized and gave me a discount I was grateful and left. 2nd day with the car a alert pops up and says tire pressure is low very low. That was frustrating because it should be checked before they rent. I put air it in myself and once I returned vehicle voiced the issue. They apologized and gave me another discount. I appreciate the accountability and affordable price for the rental based on customer service and rental price I'd use again when in Orlando.

Fast, fuss-free, and friendly service! Yasmeen B really pulled out all the stops to make sure we rented the car we needed (with all the necessary add ons we didn’t know we needed, such as tolls) at the right price! Great start to a long trip. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service by Lauren! She helped me find the best price to fit my big family. After the pandemic, auto rentals have been quite a negative experience and coming to this location was a total refresher. We hope to be back soon.
