Enterprise Rent-A-Car

These people are awesome! From the reservationist to the person cleaning cars to the counter associate! One of the best experiences I have had in a long time at a car rental company! Great Job! Please keep up the excellent customer service you provide there. Thanks you, thank you, thank you!!!

1-2 hr wait time for a vehicle. But we got one, so I'm happy. A dozzen groups of folks all waiting. Employees were very friendly and patient which made the best experience possible under circumstances

I was told not to smoke in the car, but I was given a car that reeked of smoke. The car was so dirty, I felt so uncomfortable traveling with my baby in it. I was “upgraded” to a vehicle that was dirty on the outside and the inside (did not realize the car was dirty inside until I put in the car seat). I requested a car comparable to a Nissan Rogue, but they gave me a car they was so small that I could not even get in the back seat to change my baby’s diaper. How is the “upgrade” smaller than the original vehicle? And since when it is customary to give customer’s vehicles that have not been properly cleaned? And the trunk rattled the entire trip causing my baby to be so irritable. I am so disappointed with Enterprise. I will never rent from this location again.

My uncle rented a car and was told to come in because the car was ready. The car was not ready, it was still being cleaned. People have stuff to do, DO NOT waste people's time.

The price of toll fees (fees on top of the actual toll charges) are outrageous. This was never mentioned by the sales associate.

Wanted the smallest Car - because it was an Accidentclaim ; but they sad at the Counter they don't have one( I called the Day before) and the Car we received was not really clean ; hidden Dirt was found through me and we received the Car where the Driver picked us up before without to wear a Mask.
But the Staff was very friendly and fast!!!!

Never have my reservation! They even called me the night before to confirm my reservation! This was not the first time. I understand some renters extended their rental. But I was told someone was on the way to pick up cars. Called corporate was told Manger at the branch would be calling me. I never received a call

These gentlemen have treated me with the utmost respect and courteous nature they are all business and they will supply the customer with exactly what they need. Return Customer.Thank you Enterprise.🎄👍

Always have cars available on the website for rental to make reservations, so you make a reservation on the website or with an operator and then they give you a call to let you know there is no cars available. Unorganized and waste of time.
