Hertz Car Rental - Brooksbille HLE

I rented online. When I got there they said they did not have a car. They did find something and the rental itself was great. I returned the car ont the agreed upon day and time. Two days later I received a automated call threatening to take leagal action for not returning the car. I called and spoke with a rep who continued to tell me.i needed.to return the car. She finally said she would put in a ticket to close the rental agreement. I received two more threatening calls after that. I will not rent from them again.

Had Ford Explorer SUV scheduled in advance from Brooksville Fl to North Dartmouth MA.

Got there at Hertz day of rental at 0800a. Car was not ready. Car was tied/locked up in system with oil change. Took One hour to unlock car from system.

Next Car was given to me with only 15 miles to empty on fuel. Really!?!?

Girl agent was frantic with me, other renters at counter, and the phone ringing.

Another Hertz guy behind counter doing hardly anything, just watching.

The representative at this store megan is not only incompetent but also has a very bad attitude. She thinks she is much more important then she is. Do not rent from this location. Only bad hertz experience i have ever had. Do self check in. You dont need her!

Absolute Worst ! Reserved a car 3 weeks in advance, got there and they didn't have the car, or any car ! Said they could put me in a cargo van,.or come back around 2pm to see if something came in. I rented a car from Enterprise with no problems !

Reserved a vehicle for Monday morning at 8am. Not one car to rent. Puts me in a real dilemma. 2 workers sitting behind a desk with no vehicles to rent. Get your company together. Fix your system that says you have cars available when you don’t.

Meagan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was top notch. Made this rental great. Kept her up to date on my travels for return service due to traffic. Car was excellent

Dropped off a car that I rented in Philly after having a very bad experience down there went and returned my car in Brooksville. The staff was very friendly very welcoming. Very helpful the front desk lady I want to say her name was Megan if I’m wrong I do apologize but she was absolutely wonderful.

Went online looked through all their rental cars and booked one, and got a call that they had no rental cars available and that i have to call and go through customer support to cancel.
