Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an excellent experience renting at this location. Jessica was amazing throughout the whole process. We arrived on Saturday morning and it was very busy that day but Jessica managed everything efficiently and effectively. She provided us with a very nice car which was clean and she always demonstrated a positive attitude with all the customers waiting considering it was quite busy that day. We even got a call back from her the next day to see if we were happy with everything and/or had any concerns. Jessica is truly amazing and I am thankful for her service to Enterprise. Will definitely rent again from this location and highly recommend Jessica to anyone for her great customer service.

They treated me excellent. I rented a minivan for several days since my car was in the shop. They were very attentive and friendly. A tire was punctured one night and the highway service attended me and solved the problem. I will continue to use them from now on. Many thanks to Hannah who was very kind and professional.

I rented a sports car months in advance and was told to call 2 days before pick up day to confirm, Simone answered the call and verified the reservation, the day I picked up the car they picked me up nice and early and Simone was there to give me the car and I had excellent customer service and courtesy upon picking it up and dropping it off a week later, will definitely use them again.

Amazing service! I rent vehicles 3-4 times a year and will definitely be a return customer! The women here are extremely helpful and will get you on your way fast! They ultimately helped us save money too!

Juan the manager is the best. He is very pleasant and professional..he seems to be holding the fort down very well by himself. Great customer delivered every time I come to this location. I have visited this location 2 or 3 times when I come down for vacation. Keep Juan and Simone on board if you want to continue to have happy returning customers.

My insurance made a reservation for me since my car was totaled from an accident. The staff was friendly, they even gave me a full size for the price of the compact. I went to purchase groceries, when I popped the trunk there where chips everywhere. Whoever was responsible for cleaning it missed the trunk, that wasn’t a big deal I cleaned it up myself. When I returned the car I didn’t have a car vacuum so I had taken my lint brush and went over all of the seats to be sure it was clean, the only thing I couldn’t clean was the driver floorboard which had some debris from a tree in my neighborhood. I returned the car after hours, no one called me so I assumed that was it. I checked my account a few days later to see they not only didn’t refund the deposit they charged me. I called and they stated the fee was for detailing the car, when I called they couldn’t tell me what they actually needed to clean. After a representative did further research they saw I was charged by mistake. Be very careful with this location, I’ve never had an issue before I’m already stressed dealing with not having a car since someone wasn’t paying attention and hit me. I gave them 3 stars because at least the staff was friendly but if I wasn’t paying attention I would’ve had to deal with such a headache later on.

Update: I had to update my review to 4 stars, to be honest a computer glitch shouldn’t have me rating them that low. They took care of me, I will just say to be careful and check your charges to be sure you were charged accurately. The staff was the only reason I updated my review, they were really nice during a tough time for me.

This Enterprise helped me with a good low rate when my insurance company had not approved my rental after suffering an auto accident. The Enterprise rep was patient and resourceful in helping me get a rental in my time of need. Their great customer service resolved my issue that same day. Thank you for your good work!

I absolutely love using Enterprise for my rental car service. They are very close to my home and the staff is amazing. It is unfortunate that they changed their deposit requirements from $200.00 to $300.00. When I asked about they change in deposit rate. I was told it was due to high risk threats of theft in my area. I feel Enterprise should look at the history of a client before making such a change. I rent every week for business. I wasn’t happy about putting $200.00 down as a deposit because it would take up to 3-4 day to be returned to my credit card. I will have to take my business elsewhere. Going to miss the service and the staff at Enterprise.
