Five stars because of Simon, the Branch Manager! My car was getting repaired at the dealer and they had zero loaners to give leaving me without any transportation. Thanks to Simon, I was able to secure a last-minute rental. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Superb customer service!

Top notch customer service! No hassles at all. They always looked out for me from receiving the car until the return. They had no problem taking me to pick up my car from the Auto body shop after I returned the rental. They went above and beyond for me and it was greatly appreciated! Will definitely return to this location.

Worst experience ever with this people. Twice I had to changed the car. Battery dead first time and then flat tire the second time around. Lost 3 days without a car becuase they couldn’t help at all. Worst company ever. They should work a little on their customer service skills…

This location doesn't offer overnight drop off so you're expected to return vehicles during business hours. They open at 730am and no one showed up until 805am. It was already a huge inconvenience to have to wait until the morning to return the vehicle, but it makes it even worst when the person who opens shows up 35 min late. Even 3 other employees were outside waiting along with 4 other customers. Ridiculously inconvenient.

I rented a car 2 weeks ago to take my daughter to camp. Ari took care of me and was super patient. I had questions, called my insurance company to confirm the coverage I had and the entire time Ari and her colleague waited without frustration and answered every question I had. They were friendly and attentive. Excellent customer service. I will definitely rent from them again.

More than 30 min waiting and nobody is here at the office and 3 customers waiting, after an hour I finally get a dirty car even the seats.
Only two people working and doing everything be themself.
